How do you guys know your VO?
I don't see anything mentioned about VO in any of the emails I received from IRCC.

Its at the end of your first credential request email.
If it says Virtual landing Center then its most likely ottawa, other wise it says Etobicoke or some other office address

Its frustrating how the application from 23rd May onward till 1st june are stuck with Virtual landing Center.

They Asked for a mailing address or Residential. So its fine if you provide another relatives' address.

Resend your reply to the first mail with only required details, i.e., Name UCI email Date of landing etc... and no other content ,not salutation or anything just the details. U may get a reply fast. It worked for quite a few of them here.
