Resend your reply to the first mail with only required details, i.e., Name UCI email Date of landing etc... and no other content ,not salutation or anything just the details. U may get a reply fast. It worked for quite a few of them here.

I think that is what might have worked for me.

I sent them 4 different replies trying different stuff and the last email was just the template, no greeting, nothin', like a robot.

First email sent to my WP rep on the 5th of June, by mistake, he replied, i replied separately by replying to forwarded email (Subject line: Re: Fwd :......), then I tried forward my reply to them (Subject line: Fwd: Fwd :............) on the 7th, then on the 10th, I sent just the template, received credentials yesterday the 14th.

My VO is Montreal too and took me 13-14 days to get the credentials email and now I am waiting for my eCOpr for 2 weeks already. They are indeed slow but I guess it depends on the speed of the agent.

I replied initially with a proper email but then replied again yesterday with just the info they wanted such as Name/UCI/etc.
