received email on jan 7 but still got nothing sent 4 follow up emails please keep updated everyone who is in same boat

Definitely send an email back, because when I received my ecopr instead of putting 2021 officer put 2020 so I sent the email that there is a mistake on it and luckily after two hours I received another email with ECOPR in PDF format with the corrected date and also officer put his or her initials on it too

Wow they are really fast on fixing up stuff, I sent the email asking about the signature an hour ago and I just got their reply with the corrected eCoPR document, Kudos to them!

Less than 1 year, that’s still good. If I tell you Im applying for PR since August 2018, would you say I’m lucky?
I have a long story, but definitely not a lucky one.

I am still waiting since jan 7. They did not gave me any update or any reply. Can somebody suggest me what should i do? I am waiting for login crediential this long idk how long they gonna take to send me pr card

He got first email on Jan 5, and credentials on Jan 13, since that nothing. But before they send us credentials, we sent 3 emails and now I send 2 emails already

I ask for how long we should wait for eCOPR, as he received credentials on Jan 13, 2021 and today is Jan 21... it’s more than a week now

Hello everyone, congratulations on getting your COPR's, is there anyone who applied in July and got COPR? I just called 2 days ago and the agent on call said everything is passed but my online portal shows eligibility and background in process also waiting for final decision. Any idea how long it will take after this step? thanks

Eligibility and background checks will remain in progress until you receive a decision on your app. Some applicants who were approved October (based on their GCMS notes) are still waiting for a decision / COPR. So the waiting time varies.

Just thinking out loud, for those who have not received their login credentials, could it be that your emails got marked as spam or junk by IRCC so it didn’t reach the agent’s inbox at all? I meant no offense, like IRCC sends us emails and some applicants are reporting that those emails are routed to their spam folder so they don’t see it right away. So this time, maybe it’s the other way around?

possible but then how to make sure that it dosent go in spam?another thing is they caanot ingore in even in spam as there are requesting an info from the people and its not small count that are not receiving the credentials rather mostly nobody(or 90%) people here after 5th jan didnt receive it here

Did u do anything diffrent while sending detail so that ur email dosnt go in spam

That’s a good question which only IRCC can answer. Or could be your officer is on vacation? This waiting makes us think of myriad of possibilities why some people have not received their login credentials. I mean how hard can it be?

Very true as people are not getting credentials many assumptions and possibilities comes in picture ..honestly should be a matter of 5 mins but considering the email involved IRCC should have considered this possiblity of spam else it could impact huge number of people ..vacation theory is also possible but when it’s more 3 weeks and it’s not one agent but multiple thenit make difficult to believe ..trust me cannot explain the frustration
