I think the eCoPR is more formal and is the same as the COPR they were issuing pre-pandemic.

I got both the eCOPR and that COPR letter lol, don't know if I should mail in my photos or continue waiting for the photo approval on the portal...

My address is approved on Jan 14th and photo is still in review. They only need the digital photo itself, no other info about the photo is needed.

Wow they are really fast on fixing up stuff, I sent the email asking about the signature an hour ago and I just got their reply with the corrected eCoPR document, Kudos to them!

I guess the first page shouldn't matter as it's the IRCC copy, I think we only need the 2nd page Client Copy as our official proof.

More follow up on this... Today I went to Service Canada to get a permanent SIN number. They rejected my eCoPR because it has no officer signature on it and I don't know if this is supposed to be without a signature or the officer forgot to sign it? Lucky for me they do accept my COPR letter...

I received an email saying congratulations IRCC has issued an eCOPR in the portal. I then logged onto the portal and it shows address approved and eCOPR available for download. The IRCC website also shows application approved.

My friend in December got his PR card in mail 1 week after the eCOPR becomes available, and when he got his card in hand the portal website still shows photo under review lol, a few days after it changed to accepted.
