Quick question guys, am getting married in a few days, my wife passports has expired with her maiden name, should she renew her passports with her new name or with her maiden name? what do u guys advise , i would be filing for her after the wedding
new passports , madien name or new surname?

I would recommend she renew with her married name after you are wed but before you file sponsorship. It just adds another layer of proof and it all helps. I would guess that when renewing a passport with a married name she would have to have proof of the marriage (not sure what country you are applying in). Also changing other identification with new married name in addition to passport would make sense. Congrats on the wedding. Blessings and have fun!!!
