Hi! I am trying to register at the CFO website and reserve a slot for PDOS however, on the registration page, it says to upload a copy of my visa and my passport. Medyo uncertain lang po kasi ako sa pagupload ng sensitive documents online but my question is do I scan my visa and passport front page as it is? Don't I have to blur any details before submitting a copy of my visa and passport?

It will make longer the process because you need to medicate yourself. And after 3 months they will going to test again for Tb. Until your clear.
