Usually 3 days after you submitted your passport in person. You'll get a text msg and an email

They arent strict about handcarry bags but the check in luggages i suggest you observed the allotted weight.

ako po schedule ko feb 16 since holiday yun nagmessage si cfo at minove ako ng feb 13, pero diko pa sure kung aattend ako or resched ko nalang, depende po sa workload ko that day..
