hi again!

first of, id like to say congrats to all who have received their ppr.. cheers to you guys!
second, as promised i will give an update regarding our case and i want to say thank you to survivor, badpussacat, prvc and all forum contributors who replied regarding my previous concerns.. we followed your comments and sought legal help as what you guys have advised and we decided to do the right thing. we regret what has happened to us because of our mistakes and honestly we are going thru so much challenges but we now want to come clean, positive vibes, and keeping our faith to have positive results for our next app..
third, a small advise to those who plan to apply under any class, always state the truth from the very beginning and follow the legal steps even before going into the application itself. NEVER opt into a shortcut!

God bless to all!
you could make an affidavit, telling them that it was an honest mistake, include all the documents that's showing both of your different addresses from the time frame (5 years before marriage). Are you applying outland? if yes there is still a chance. how did the sponsor become a resident/citizen of canada?if through dependent sponsorship, its not a good sign. There are so many factors/dimenstions they can look at your case. You are already married. that is legal. just tell the truth. give lots of evidence that yours is genuine. gather letters from both of your friends and family, that are notarized by lawyers telling about the genuineness of your relationship.

no, new apps usually get medicals done 2-3 months after the app is received then it would take another 3-9 months for elegibility, background and security checks to be completed before DM and PPR

if its been more than a year, order your notes and contact your MP to help you find out whats taking so long

We have submitted upfront medical when we sent our application last sept. 2016 using the old kit. And last week they requested for remedical. Just wondering if After remedical, do we still have to wait months for dm/ppr or just weeks since our documents are almost complete. Thanks again

I believe they are finishing applications received before Dec 7, 2016 by the end Dec 2017.

Sa mga nagwwait pa po, iready niyo na po yung mga dapat iready kasi once approved na kayo, sila naman ang mang mamadali sa inyo talaga. HAHA First of all money po kasi once approved na need niyo asap mag bayad ng right of residence fee ($980 or $490, dalawa po sinend samin so we'll call them to ask which one); for plane ticket rin, syempre mas mahal kapag last minute or biglaan. Also, prepare your documents pati yung mga inemail sainyo kasi need yan dalhin pag interviewhin na yung sponsor niyo/kayo, and time rin po kasi madami na need asikasuhin talaga. So while waiting, prepare yourself po para you don't have to worry too much.

I'm so excited for you/us guys!! In God's perfect timing po, everything will fall into its right place.

Same tayo @Sunshineyday yesterday we received an email stating na transfer na sa MVO application... no update din sa results ng Medical as we don’t have gckey and I don’t think nagsesend sila ng update sa email about sa medical results...sana maging smooth para sa ating Lahat yung process..as I’ve read from others magsesend Naman daw agad ng follow up if may kailangan pa Gawin pa sa medical.
ask lng po ako. after the medical are done, that's the time na yung papers mo will be transferred to a VO? om its been 3 mos. already since i've passed my medicals yet i don't recieved any email stating that my file is transferred to manila visa office.
