I think oo, kasi un nga chineck nila kung kelan nareceived ung app diba. Tapos ung confirmation email na nareceived ko nung isang araw tungkol sa sched a and pcc na sinend namin nung march27th eh sabi dun iforward daw sa responsible office. Kung nasa mississauga pa eh sabihin dapat iattached sa file namin. Siguro nga hindi lang tayo naka received ng transfer email dahil dun sa problem sa webform, pero hindi pa kasi nag in process ung PA side eh application received pa din. Or hindi lang inuupdate ni MVO

Since I don't wanna be left in limbo no more, I initiated an email to the manila visa office asking for Sched A and PCC receipt query (from IRCC webform) and this is their response:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We received your email regarding file number F000XXXXXX on 04 May 2017. We note that the file was received on 17 March 2017.

If you have sent us this email to report important changes regarding your application, we will add this information to your file. This email serves as your confirmation of receipt for these documents. Please be assured that this information will be brought to the attention of the appropriate authority.

We note that this file is currently within processing standards. We do not respond to status enquiries if the application is within normal processing times.

So I guess, my file is already with the Manila Viso Office and Schedule A and PCCs were already received? Or this is just a generic email? haha

I also sent them an email asking if they already received my Sched A or if I need to send them a new one just in case they haven't got it yet when I submitted via IRCC. This is the exact reply I got from them:

Please be informed that we have received your submission and there is no need to submit a new copy.

Our office will contact you again if additional information and/or documentation is required.

I think as long as they reply to your mail and said that they already have your documents, most probably those docs are already in MVO.

hindi po orig. Yes, nagsend po sila ng confirmation mga twice or thrice. but still pending on my accounts and bgc still on progress I think my husband did ordered notes last month.

About the notes, ours were 46 pages but most pages blank pa esp sa security or background check puro not started. Yeah, we requested too early. Gusto ko kasi malaman sino yung VO na nag-open ng file ko when it arrived MVO.

Detailed sya in a way na kung ano yung mga dates they sent correspondence from the time of receipt, SA, transfer, medical, what were inputted on IMM 0008, supporting/required documents, etc.. Nakalagay din yung note about requesting additional documents.

Nasa pinaka last 2 pages yung talagang notes ng VO from Mississauga wherein he/she summarized yung story ng relationship namin and made a note about "recommend passed"

Meron din ako nakita na "Due Date" sa "Paper Application" na April 23, 2017 - which I am taking as the due date for my additional documents. I sent my additional docs via VFS nung April 20 lang. Natagalan kasi ako sa isang document.

Nweis, we plan on requesting our 2nd notes mga 3rd week na siguro ng May. I just want to give them a month from the time I sent the add'l docs and hoping there will be an update on my file by the time we get the 2nd notes.

Here is the link for ATIP pag mag-request ka. Si Sponsor po ang dapat mag-request kasi dapat nasa Canada. Pero need nya i-attach yung consent nyo po. May bayad ng $5.

Kakasend lang po namin last April 26. And according to Canada Post, it was delivered to CPC-M last April 28. No update yet from them. I think sa mga nababasa ko dito 2-3 weeks bago mareceive first email or update. Am I right po ba?
