Yup that's correct. I have a Canadian Passport and they only asked for the PA's AOM.
My wife got the email so I don't know if it was CPC or MVO who requested the meds and AOM, but I've asked her to forward me the email and will update when I get it. :)

Awww...my hubby(sponsor) holds a Philippine passport so maybe soon they will request us to send a Sponsor's AOM too. Do we need to pass the original copy of it or just a scanned copy? Thank you!

For sure you have the same instructions in your letter like what jaime posted.

Jewel request for his AOM in NSO or SM business center soon, para kapag masendan kayo ng request for additional docs then ready to submit na.

At times specific sila like, "Original AOM...." or "Legible copy...". If original, thru VFS po yun. Kung hindi naman specified, thru email or MyCIC would be fine.
