Hubby received an email regarding free pre-arrival services with the word "eligible" this morning. However, myCIC shows that his eligibility is still under review & BG check is not yet in progress. ECAS shows Medical Results received and no DM yet. Anyone with the same experience?

Got my 6th pre arrival email early morning... still waiting for passport request... Godwilling it will come soooon...

An update.

Hubby received an email regarding free pre-arrival services with the word "eligible" this morning. However, myCIC shows that his eligibility is still under review & BG check is not yet in progress. ECAS shows Medical Results received and no DM yet. Anyone with the same experience?

The pre-arrival svcs email is pretty normal as one's application is almost done. Don't rely much on ecas or MyCIC. Some never got their status changed until they got their passport back with visa.

I never received pre-arrival services .Pero visa on hand na po ako soon .April 2016 applicant . Approved na sa my cic .CFO sticker na next .Just keep on praying guys .Darating din ang golden PPR niyo.

hello, update ko lang po yung sakin nagtext na samin for pick up na yung passport sa vfs manila nung April 12, pero last minute nagtxt kaya ngayon lang namin nakuha Finally!! VOH ;D ;D

Hi ask ko lang po if mapapabilis or makaka delay pagka pregnant ang applicant? Kasi po ipapasa ko po ang application para makuha ko ang wife ko papunta d2 sa canada and nalaman namin na almost 1 month pregnant sya. Thanks po sa mag reply and mag share.

Ei, congratulations to the little angel that will soon be added and join your family!

Your wife being pregnant has nothing to do about the speed of the application. Let's all hope though, that she gets approved before the baby is out. However, if in any case she still have not been approved and baby is out, you will have to notify CIC asap and add the baby to the application as accompanying dependent.

The only thing that might be a drawback that I can think of right now is when she gets the medical request. One of the requirements for medical is xray. I guess when that time comes, make sure sbe have a certificate from her own doctor to show to the panel physicians.

kung citizen na po si sir, no need na po na i-add yung baby as dependent right? need lang ipaalam na may new bundle of joy pero the baby is automatically Canadian. afaik, could be wrong.

That's true, janangela. Just notify and at the same time magfile ng certificate of citizenship para sa passport ni baby

Did you receive the email from cic about ppr? Kasi nandun ung list on what u need to submit. Photos, appendix b form that u need to fill up and sign, the copy of the PPR email, and passport of course u need to submit the required documents in person thru vfs. Im not sure how it works if ur outside manila or cebu. But for some, i think ngmail sila thru LBC to vfs.
