Carl, sorry to hear na nireturned nila ung app ninyo . For country specific requirements eh nag provide ba kayo ng original copies from PSA/NSO ng birth, marriage, and cenomar (AOM)? And also si wife mo, is she a filipino citizen/philippine passport holder? Baka kailangan niya din mag provide ng AOM, and ung birth mo kung registered late ba? Then you need to provide additional proof of identity. Then arrange ninyo ung file niyo according sa kung ano nasa checklist.

iba document po ba AOM vs CENOMAR?

Cenomar - for single (not married)
AOM (advisory on marriage) for married

Same process po sila kapag iapply sa PSA, magkaibang result lang ang lalabas depende po sa civil status kung single or married pa. Nag rerequire po sila ng Cenomar/AOM for family members kung philippine passport holder po sila.

ay..haha mali po type ko

i mean iba AOM sa marrage certificate?

She will fly through cathay pacific, correct? Her luggage will be checked through to TO. My family and i always travel through cathay pacific arriving in YYZ and we dont need to recheck in HK. :)

Unless her flight was booked on two different airline tickets, i think.

Thank you, and yes she is using Cathay pacific to Hong Kong but air Canada from Hong Kong to Toronto ..I paid it all at once on a agency site. So her luggage should be checked through then ?

Hi Nom, nagprovide ka rin ba ng AOM at Birth certificate mo since Naturalized Canadian ka na? Thanks.

need po both submit? CENOMAR lang ni submit ko ksi nka lagay sa country specific docs sa Philippines CENOMAR or AOM:

Principal applicant: To establish marital status, the principal applicant must submit either a Certificate of no record of marriage (CENOMAR) to establish that there is no record of marriage, OR a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Advisory on Marriages providing details about any marriages registered in the Philippines.

Ken...kung married na ang lalabas sa record is AOM (Advisory on Marriages)....so sa understanding ko...submit ng PA ung PSA Marriage Cert at ung PSA AOM....

When she checks her luggage in at the airport, tell her to check the tag. If it says YYZ, then it likely will go all the way to Pearson. She could also ask when she checks in for the flight. I have had it both ways where I have had to pick up my luggage, and another where the luggage went directly to the next flight. In both of these instances, I was changing airlines.

ano po ba ibig sabihin nito "what is the country of residence of the person being sponsored"? ang nilagay ko po Philippines pero parang mali ata ako kasi nandito ako sa middle east tapos nung sa addtional na nilagay ko na yung country nakalagay eh "there are currently no specific instructions. Ngayon pagkainitindi ko sa country of residence eh kung sang bansa ako ngaun nakatira? pag inuna ko naman eh nirrequire ako ng supplementary info- your travels. naguguluhan ako baka eto reason kaya bumalik app namen.
