in the passport request email. there is that appendix b that has to be filled out. how did you fill it out ? there is no room to add names or even our last name as it's hyphenated a long with first name and place of birth and such. there just isn't any room to add anything

I don't know how others did it, but If I were to do it, I'll just 'print screen' (using a laptop) the file and edit/fill it out on Paint. :P And print it afterwards so I can sign it. Idk if others just wrote the info by hand, too.

Just use adobe reader! when you open the document with adobe reader just see on the right hand side it will say "fill and sign" you should be able to fill it out as well as put a signature! Same way as you would fill out the apps for when sponsoring with all those imm. forms! :)

Got an email from MVO and all it was, was another acknowledgment receipt of the AOM i sent which i already got!! what a tease! *cries* haha.

My application status is still "IN PROCESS" .. nakaka frustrate na po. It's been almost 2 yrs since the application started our application last July 2015. Yong medical at police clearances are already expired. Although, we received follow up requirements from manila immigration like Medical, signature from biological father, clearances and etc.,.

Binigyan po kami ng 30 days to follow up- (all of these were done in 2 weeks).

Nag- email po kami sa Manila Immigration to confirm everything, if yong consultant nag follow up ba kasi lahat ng requirements, nag-submit na kami sa representative namin tapos yong Medical namin has been done in CEBU Nationwide Health Systems, they will update through online, sabi po nila sila napo bahala mag update sa medical ko . As of today, waley po lahat, as in wala po kaming notice from our representative.. Nag-email kami sa representative namin, deadma dine kami. Auto reply ding yong manila immigration ,we need to wait 28 days daw. Help po mga sis.. ano po ba ang dapat kong gawin aside from waiting?as in forever waiting ba talaga to? I'm really hoping it all goes well. I am not sure if ako lang ang may cases na ganito. Gayon paman, we have a little hope parin... haist...

Sis patience and faith and kapit lng, darating din ang tamang oras.. Don't loose hope... 1 yr application ko and finally got my PPR yesterday. And thank God, nagbunga lahat kahapon.. Goodluck sis and i'll pray for u ..

Required po ba talaga AOM sa lahat? What if nagsubmit ng application na walang AOM, irrequest din po ba nila soon or nagaapprove dn po sila minsan kahit walang AOM?

they will request it eventually. In AOR2 they mention to submit it as well!

AOR2 today! We can see who our VO is from the email subject right? Is there a FCP? Those are the only initials in the subject.

Hi there,
It's one of the required documents po. I would suggest you can send them a copy,or if you get lucky ma approve without AOM. That would be nice :D

Cheers!

Yung appendix B form po pwede po ba hand written pag finillupan?

Yes po. Basta po readable nman ang penmanship. Cause it will show on your COPR.

Cheers!
