Hi sis! May sagot na ako. Just had to confirm it first. Yes, you can contact them by yourself. Good luck. :)

Hi sis, thanks for the follow up. Anyway, I just talked to hubby, he explained everything to me that(maybe) our papers are still on the processing time, maybe it's really got delayed. Yong case talaga namin ganito, yong consultant namin hndi nag comply talaga sa first follow up(2015)regarding father's biological signature ng anak ko, pero nag submit na kami sa kanila last september 2015 ,3 months later after they started the application. Nka-receive lang ulit kami ng email from immigration this year lang January 2017 to follow up again about the requirements we have submitted to our consultant. Parang nakaka irita lang isiping kung hindi na receive ng CIC yong mga documents na ipinasa namin regarding my signature ng affidavit, at landing fee, parang ibig sabihin, the processing time has been started this year? (kakaloka!!) due to our requirements have not been submitted Last Sept 2015. Through out the year of 2016, wala kaming ginawa kundi mag-antay ang nag-ask pa yong consultant namin to pay for high commision para mag ask regarding our application status. Pero na correct nato last month lang, kasi January 2017 nag email sa amin ang CIC regarding this, so, they asked me also to do the Re-MED. Everything has been done after 2 weeks, at nag-email agad kami sa manilimmigration, but we need to wait 28days nga daw. Ganyan ang nangyari sis, I'm not sure If we're beyond processing time or still on the normal process since na delay nga lahat daw sabi ni hubby, yong consultant parang tanga kasi pinabayad pa c hubby ko ng another landing fee which has been paid last 2015 pa kasi yong receipt naman nasa kanila, nawala daw. Naloka tuloy ako.. parang naboboang ako kakaisip.. sobrang paasa ginawa ng consultant namin pati CIC, hindi man lang nag-ask regarding our follow up. Sana bigyan nalang kami ng decision made agad2x para magka-alaman at malaman yong kapalaran namin, kaso wala eh, antay lang magagawa namin.. Baka e-try ni hubby mag email yong notes sinasabi mo sis.. I'll wait pa till hubby gets home. Pero thanks for all the links sis baka makatulong to later on ..

Hi sis. Kailan ka nag-remed? If pinag-remed ka, malapit na yan sis.

Sis, last month Feb 13 lang. Sana nga malapit na..

Hi! I checked the status of our application and there is a message that says,

"We sent you correspondence on March 15, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required."

Do you guys know what is this all about and where they will send the correspondence? I checked the online account linked to the application but there is no any messages.

Another question, on the address, on the third line of my husband's address says'"NOT APPLICABLE". What does this means? Should we change the address or not?

Thank you!

Anna.

Big firm ba yung consultant nyo? Looks like pinerahan lang kayo. Pwede nyo naman tanggalin sila as your representative if you want. Least you are now on this forum. Marami tutulong sayo dito. Libre na, dadami pa friends mo kahit hindi tayo nagkikita-kita :-) Nakakainit ng ulo yang consultant nyo ha >:(

About the landing fee, since 2015 pa sya, did your husband pay thru the bank or online? Kasi kung online, nasa email nya lang yung receipt nun. During your time allowed pa nun ang landing fee to be paid thru bank.

in the passport request email. there is that appendix b that has to be filled out. how did you fill it out ? there is no room to add names or even our last name as it's hyphenated a long with first name and place of birth and such. there just isn't any room to add anything

Does anyone have Visa Officer AD? Theyre so slooooowwwww :'( :-X :-[

Immigration is super inconsistent, they sent me an email stating they needed AOM (not original) so i sent it via email. But I got no messages on mycic or updates on ecas.

This waiting game is the worst!! They don't even explain why its being delayed *cries*

Hi bldc89, my officer is AD, he requested me AOM (my case is a little confusing as they sent me email asking for AOM, then they recall the email) I uploaded my AOM through MyCIC indicating AOM as additional documents from the message in MyCIC. 29 days after uploading the file, I saw eCAS became DM and MyCIC BC to In Progress, then the following day I received my PPR email. Sent my passport through LBC on Friday (VFS is closed during the weekend) VFS received it Monday then VFS submitted it to Embassy. I received text message from VFS Tuesday that embassy already got it. Wednesday morning another text message from VFS that they sent the passport back to me. Thursday morning I received the passport with the most beautiful visa I have ever seen in my entire life... haha!

It'll come... very soon! Good luck and keep on praying... Good luck everyone! :D :D :D

did i read this right ? you can actually mail your passport to the VFS centre for passport request ? so that means my wife doesn't have to travel from pangasinan to makati ?
