just out of curiosity how close is the mall ? she will have companions with her but since they won't be allowed to enter with my wife. also the payment for the fees, does it have to be in exact peso or can you give more and they will give back the change ?

Went to vfs today, they asked me for exact amount so i had to go out and get change.
I was also asked for another set of pics coz i had the wrong size according to the lady at the counter, so i had to go to alphaland (fujifilm) to get it done. Waited for more than an hour then went back to vfs

Gosh, every year I travelled to philippines I didnt have to pay a fee to leave which was 750 before. You do however have to pay terminal fees when transferring to manila from another location in philippines. But the fee youre talking about is for Philippines Nationals I think then.

you have to pay terminal fee unless it is included in your ticket , you will know that when you checked in.

does anybody who sent their passport to VFS got their passport with visa back already? can you tell me how long it would usually take to be sent back to my house? i already purchased a ticket for 3 weeks after i dropped my passport to VFS (april 3). its a gamble to get the $900 CAD ticket to edmonton. my worries is that my passport wont be delivered before he flight date :-w
