Thank you for sharing your timeline. Sad to say but, you will not be given an extension. You must land on or before the due date of the visa. Otherwise, you will start from scratch again and pay all the necessary fees again. I am sure you would not want this to happen.

Re: Timeline - you should be able to update your Profile after having more than 10 posts.

Oh my so i have to prepare to leave by May. But once i LAND, i can come back immediately right? I still need to do a lot here like dispose stuff. Our plan is leave the kids here first and look for an apartment and school for them then come back to collect them. My sponsor is here with me. Im getting stressed out now.

Are your kids accompanying you when you filed the App or are they Canadian citizens? If the former, you will have to take them with you as you would not want them to miss the supposed landing which will make them official PR.

You can land and come back here but you will have to have your PR card when returning to Canada. You can probably have a family member in Canada courier to you your PR card here once delivered to your Canadian address.

Hi, just to make it lighter for you. I am on the same situation like yours. Divorced ako sa US and also submitted my divorce certificate sa application namin. MVO also requested for my AOM and after a month of sending. I got PPR na, I even used Divorce as my status in our application even I live in here in the Philippines na wala naman divorce. Everything will be ok.

Survivor is correct, you can get your AOM by requesting CENOMAR. Nakalagay lang naman don kung kelan ka ikinasal. Good luck! :D :D :D

> Thanks! I'm thinking they just wanted to verify date of marriage namen ni ex na nakalagay din sa Divorce cert na included sa app. I will definitely order online. Hopefully tuloy tuloy na 'to! Thanks again!

Maybe CIC just want proof that you are indeed 'still' married here. Don't worry much, they are aware that there is no divorce here. Request ka na lang online ng AOM mo if you want. Bale CENOMAR ang irerequest mo to get AOM. You should get it within 3-5 days. Here is the link: https://www.ecensus.com.ph/Default.aspx

About original Baptismal Cert, sa church kung saan bininyagan anak mo, dun mo irerequest yun.

> Thanks you! nagulat lang ako di ba haha, but yes order nako online. About sa Baptismal cert medyo na mental block lang ako haha, tska need pa palan ng Local Civil registry ng birth cert ng anak ko..so iba sya sa NSO BC then? I guess I have to go sa Munisipyo samen which is like 2 hrs away from where I live! Thanks guys! good luck sa app nating lahat!

That's great then! From landing, minimum wait time for PR card is 1 month. If you really have to come back here immediately, just make sure someone (family member or BFF) keep an eye on your card. Would suggest to use a courier instead of regular mail when sending the PR card to you in Philippines.

I can imagine the excitement you have at the same time being stressed out :) Everything will be fine :-)

Hi, dalawa i-register mo. Isa sayo, isa sa anak mo. Ikaw lang ang aattend and you'll be the representative for your child since the child is too young. Just don't forget to bring with you your child's passport and COPR.
