i'm the one that been quoted, i don't understand tagalog. i been posting on behalf my wife from manila

i recently created a timeline onto my profile if that helps

added info for everyone to benefit. manila started processing on nov 24 2016
addit documents request AOM and RPRF feburary 9th 2017. decision made march 9th 2017, background check process started march 9th 2017

Im hoping we get the same processing time in regards to the updates of additional docs. It only took a month on your case.
Hopefully, my husband and i gets a decision made after a month of submitting the RPRF.. #wishfulthinking

Omg. We have the same timeline. Same AOR2. I just hope we, the rest of us waiting, receive news next week.

Yeah, 12 months is the time they give as a max. But for Manila apps, it averages from 4 - 6 months, especially for straightforward cases, so I'm not actually surprised with your case. Since your wife had her medical on May 07, 2016, expect her to land in Canada before that. Congratulations. ;)

Prvc, what do u mean straightforward cases? Like d complicated ang case ng couple? Or....?

prvc said:
Yes, like no dependent children, first marriage, bf/gf before sponsor gets PR, all required docs submitted upfront (AOM, RPRF, medical), same religion, no big age gap, same background, etc.

Ahhh.. Sana nga mbilis lng. Na hit nmin mga criteria binigay mo..pero matigas ulo ko, d ng upfront sa RPRF. Hahah. Sana ikaw nlng VO namin.. Hahaha
Im hoping may updates ka na this week , sa ibang nov apps and sa ibng nghihintay, satin lahat

If I may ask, do you know who's your VO from your AOR2? The initials enclosed in parentheses, that would be it.

i'm really hopping it's before may, it be good as well, so she can experience how spring weather feels and looks as summer progreses,,, and no i do not. i looked at the email and there isn't any initials, just says permanent resident unit. embassy of canada, manila

Haha. Hiningi na ba nila? You'd know you're almost done when they ask you that.

Uu..humingi sila nung march 3 manila time. March 2 cnada time 11pm EST. Magdilang anghel ka sana, prvc lol

It has a significance when you track progress of apps, you'd know who's working. We have the same Visa Officer. RP is incredibly fast based on trend. Though our apps get assigned to different VO, it seems like there are certain VOs who work faster than others.

thank you, good to know, how is your timeline if you don't mind me asking ? your profile is rather naked lol

we can all hope that it's soon. what i always tell myself is even if my case takes a full year, or a year and a half. which i don't want lol..but if does happen, i look at it this way..what is one year wait compare to the many year we'll have.. that's what keeps me positive

That's all I have. I don't even have AOR1. AOR2, same date as yours. That's why I'm going crazy. Lol I haven't heard from them since December 6!

grabe !! really, i feel for you..if you didn't get AO1, how did you know you got approved ? for me my ecas still says in progress and it's way behind. i only got 2 lines lol..so my email is basically how i found out. and the permanent resident side going into process

Paano umorder ng gcms notes khit dm na? :) free na un?
