Hello po, I am a newbie here! so tanong ko lang po sana bale po kasal kmi ng asawa ko. he recently got approved for TRV since I havent applied for SA. he got multiple entry na valid for 5yrs. What i am going to ask is, can I apply for his SA here? wthout him exiting canada? or is it much better if I apply for extension open work permit? please help me for. dumating sya dito last feb 6. thank you!!! I am canadian resident.

In last year, my sister application (about family sponsorship) have done in Canada and they have sent to Manila in April/2016. But now still no news. I have checked application status on cic.gc.ca, but can't check anything ( It' said we were not able to identify....). My sister have contact MP but they said we need to wait reply from Manila. Is there anything I can do to check the status? or how long I will be wait for it? :'( Thanks for your help.

Hi, I agree with prvc, you can send photocopies first and let them know that you're willing to send original copy when needed. I submitted photocopies, too. Good luck!

wala pa po e, I am thinking baka sa Feb 24th pa sila mag bigay ulit ng update sa application namin. pansin ko kasi po, Aug 24th when they received our application, tapos, January 24th ng humingi ng additional docs other than AOR2 na natanggap namin ng October. Most likely po, every 24th day of the month siguro po, sana! hehe!

Aug applicant (husband), personal history + baptismal and other proof of identity (due to late registered birth cert) rquested last Jan 18/19. Documents sent via VFS Jan 26. No update yet. Still praying and waiting.
