hi guys. i need your help..

i tried to link our application on my cic account and i have exceeded the number of attempts to link but no applications found. i was already approved as a sponsor and was informed that the application has been transferred already on dec 28. shall i click the button "link the application" on the screen where it said no application found? or shall i send an enquiry form/technical issue? :-[ :-[
a reply is highly appreciated. thank u.

my timeline is:
app sent: dec 12, 2016
app rcvd: dec 13
aor 1: dec 21
sponsor approved and file transfer dec 28, 2016
medical exam done: upfront

You can create another account until you get it right. Have you tried to follow the combinations I suggested? Do you also have a dependent child?

I did try your suggestions. It didnt work. nope..we dont have dependent child. Just me and my hubby as the sponsored person.
Do you think i can send an enquiry/technical issue?

sa ecas mo, Decision made n ang nakalagay?

I can't check ecas kasi application not found parati. Operating lang based on ano nakalagay sa MyCIC.
Try ko ulit check ngayon sa ecas, baka sakali gumana na.

EDIT: I checked now lang using my husband's UCI sa ecas, Decision Made na nakalagay!! Kaso yung last line sa details, medical results received lang. Nakakalito po, ngayon lang gumana para sa amin ang ecas, haha.

Sa hubby ko, DM na and CLOSED na sa MyCiC. Pero di pa din nabalik PP nya. Sana bukas meron na.

Were you able to enter one space in the place of birth and 2 for number of applicants?

I did, i did. I tried that as well. With or without space and the number of applicants. am i the only one here who is having issues on linking the application?

Hubby tracked his passport again just now. Dispatched na daw from the visa office. Sana may news na sa atin lahat bukas. Not just for passports pero PPRs din sa lahat ng naghihintay.

Congrats po sa inyo I read one of your posts earlier and something about GCKey and government websites-- ask ko lang if one registers on CRA, may GCKey ba na related dun? CRA is a government website naman, di ba? Thanks po.

Minutes after I posted na hubby tracked his passport, he spoke to chat support on the VFS website and was told that he could pick up his passport today between 3 and 4 PM. It was almost 3 PM pero malapit lang siya sa VFS. VOH today! Nasayang bayad sa SMS notifications haha. Thank God! PDOS na lang kulang!

papano po kayo nagtrack sa passport? no results found po kasi lumalabas saken lagi.. using po ba yun chat/call customer service line nila?
