Most likely, Yes! Based on previous posts yung iba within a week or 2 PPR na as soon as ma-received ang re-med result (basta walang problema, op kors )

buti sayo nag txt na, sakin wala pa, nung dec 19 ako nag pasa sa vfs. pero sa my cic ko closed na.

Nagbook na ako kasi before nagcheck ako ticket ng same date at flight details, nasa 1900 ticket nya for 1way.
Then before Christmas, nagdrop ung price to 1385. Same date and flight details. Kaya I grab the chance na para makatipid. Haha. 3weeks naman ung alloted time ko. So I guess, before then nasa kanya passport nya.

PAL ung airlines nya. Manila to Vancouver. Then 1 1/2hr ground stop lang. Them Van to TO na sya.

Heads up: Kulang ang 1.5 hours layover sa Vancouver dahil dadaan ka sa immigration dun at pickup/drop pa baggage in going to TO. Haba ng pila sa line ng foreign passports/new comers.
No worry naman dahil daming flight from YYV to YTO, kaya madali ka namang ma transfer ng airline sa next flights.

No worry naman dahil daming flight from YYV to YTO, kaya madali ka namang ma transfer ng airline sa next flights.

Its only ground stop. He's not gonna change plane. Direct flight kasi un. Dito na sya sa TO dadaan sa immigration. I've been in this flight, so I knows. No worries. Thanks for the concern tho.

We have been waiting a month. Everything else is passed but the re medical (which was completed Dec 2) and when we asked our Member of Parliament to talk with the embassy about what is going on they couldn't even find the medical after it was digitally submitted by a CiC approved immigration physician center. Cic said it can take 3 months just to register it has been received which i think is silly due to it being digital and from one of THEIR clinics. I can understand that time lag if it was paper mailed from a secondary doctor. Still in the dark and even our GCMS notes says medical has not been received but when we phone Nationwide (the panel physicians tied to the manila VO) they explained it was successfully uploaded, the file officially closed on CiCs end, and no additional requests from the CiC meaning it was finished. This was all 1 month ago ;P I am assuming its holidays causing these delays?

Once annulled, pwede na po siya magpakasal ulet. Legal separation is, by law wala na po sila marital obligation to live together, and conjugal properties are terminated pero kasal pa din po sila. So in short, di pa din sila pwede magpakasal sa iba sa legal separation.

Tanong ko lang kailan mo na link ang application sa myCIC? After you received AOR2? I already have SA pero wala AOR2, Naka ilang try na ako i link ang application to myCIC kaso wala talaga.
