Awts, ganun pala yun.. Yung teen ko meron din ganyan nung baby sya and I mentioned the same sa IOM. Looks like magkaron din sya ng ganyang condition 32 later on. Not bad though, it's good to know the kind of system they have when it comes to health issues :)

Parehu tyo survivor27 nabanggit ko din sa St. Luke's nagkaroon ako ng primary complex noong bata pa ako

Thank you very much po! I am very excited. Will fly there po on Dec 22. Best Christmas/Birthday/Wedding anniversary gift ever (ame and hubby's bday falls on January, same with our wedding anniv). Ambait po tlga ni Lord. Every year, umuuwi si hubby dto pra icelebrate ang anniv namin. Kala namin we had to skip celebrating it next yr. God is good po talaga

I really hope the same thing pra sa mga kaforum ko, and sa inyo din po! Na you guys will soon celebrate important occasions together in Canada!

I will still be here sa forum even after I land. After all, malaki ang naitulong nito sa akin although we hired a representative.

KEEP THE FAITH EVERYONE!

Oo nga po, bka natetrace sa blood yung TB. Kasi I had no problems sa XRay. Actually sa BP pa nga ako nagkaproblema kasi 150/100 ako. Pinag undergo ako ng 2decho, stress test, ecg pati thyroid function test. Buti na lang all results were good.

Kaya nagtataka ko sa TB pako nagkaproblem..

Hindi po ba nila ibabalik yung mga documents na ipasam ksma ng application? Di po ba hahanapin yun pgdating sa Canada?

Sorry to hear about your case (or that of your husband). I doubt that you will get a direct response from CIC or the visa office. You have responded to what they asked. Since the Background, as you mentioned, is already showing "In progress", the VO is in fact, continuously processing the application which is a good sign. You have sent them all the proofs that you have that the mother of the child is pretty obvious will not cooperate. Let's hope and pray that the VO will be convinced (to which I am sure they will). Just be prepared though, that your husband might get something from them for him to sign or for him to confirm and agree that he will NOT AT ALL be able to sponsor his child in the future. In any case, you both should keep all the evidence that you have so that if and when the time comes and his child is grown up or something happens to the mother, that his child will then know the reason/s why he cannot sponsor him/her.

All the best to your application! If you don't mind sharing your timeline, please? :)

Thank you Survivor27. It has not been an easy journey and I feel sorry for their daughter but we are not in control of everything. God has a purpose why this happened. Nothing is impossible with Him. If it is God's will for their daughter to immigrate here in Canada in the future, she will be able to in another category or way.

Sana nga po. I found it na, under kami ng group name na CRIM. For background check na po siguro. Okay lang ba magrequest ulit ng notes? Kahit kakapadala lang?

I don't see why not! Basta ang sa kanila is don't request for another one while di pa nila naffulfill yung last request. Mas ok din if you request it kaagad after you received one since 30 days ang processing nila.
