Hello. Sino po may same case sa inyo kagaya ng husband ko? Nag declare po sya dependent and nag send na email ang CIC na need mg medical bata. His ex wife has custody and we tried convincing her to let her daughter undergo the medical exam and explained to her na required lng CIC kse nga considered dependent basta anak. We told her we cannot take their daughter without her consent and we are just keeping their daughter's options in the future lalo pg lumaki sya pero she does not want to cooperate. She said sya lng pede ng declare na dependent bata and that law applies internationally daw. We even sent her links of the CIC website pero she is still not convinced unfortunately . Na document nmin lahat conversations nila sa email na na send nmin sa CIC and attached those as proof. It has been 36 days since we emailed it pero wala pa din reply from CIC. Naka in progress na ang Background Check hubby sa account nya. I am just wondering what to expect from CIC in cases like this. Thank you.

This happened to my partner, he was asked to make a declaration na aware sya na hindi na nya makukuha ang dependents nya in the future. Kasi hindi sya maaaprove as PR without his dependents' medical. I just dont know if its the same case.. Pm moko if may question ka

Kami din pong MID-AUGUST APPLICANTS, umasa ngayong week na susunod na kami sa yapak ninyong nag IP at PPR na mga 1st and 2nd week applicants, pero ngayon wala pa rin kaya sana hindi na lang din kami nag expect. HAHA! Lol, Bukas sis PPR kna nyan, smile lang ;D

hahaha kasi naman sis, nung nag-IP ang BC ng asawa ko, nagulat lang ako don kase hindi ko masyado iniisip talaga yung application namin. tapos ang alam ko madami na din ang naka-IP ang BC pero wala pa dinh PPR for weeks or a month na, so patiently waiting na lang talaga ang peg ko at gusto ko lang matapos na mga backlogs para tayo naman. kaso biglang nag-DM nung lunes so yung expectations ko tumodo, lalo na nung nagPPR na yung mga kasabay ko nagbago yung updates tapos yung saken, wala! kaloka! kaya parang mas okay nalang na di nalang muna sana nila nilagyan ng DM yun samin para at least hindi ako nag-eexpect at nadidismaya at nagrerefresh ng refresh sa email. :-\ tapos malalaman mo yung mga late august nag-PPR na din, august 28 yung pinakarecent na nalaman kong nagPPR. pero naisip ko, kung tayo nga na weeks lang ang pagitan ng apps ganito yung nararamdaman, pano pa kaya yung mga early 2016 nagpasa pero ni isang update diba?

oh well, sana magPPR na tayong lahat. hindi lang ako, pero tayong lahat!!!!

Sorry to hear about your case (or that of your husband). I doubt that you will get a direct response from CIC or the visa office. You have responded to what they asked. Since the Background, as you mentioned, is already showing "In progress", the VO is in fact, continuously processing the application which is a good sign. You have sent them all the proofs that you have that the mother of the child is pretty obvious will not cooperate. Let's hope and pray that the VO will be convinced (to which I am sure they will). Just be prepared though, that your husband might get something from them for him to sign or for him to confirm and agree that he will NOT AT ALL be able to sponsor his child in the future. In any case, you both should keep all the evidence that you have so that if and when the time comes and his child is grown up or something happens to the mother, that his child will then know the reason/s why he cannot sponsor him/her.

Aug. 28? Wow! Samantalang ako Aug.23 wala pa din update. Haha! Oo nga sis, sana mag PPR na din ung mga matagal ng naghihintay.

San po ba kayo located? Ako kasi nagpass lng ako directly sa vfs manila yesterday. Tapos inonotify nalang daw ako pag okay na. Nasa email na sinend nila yung ibang info kung pano mo sesend

Bulacan pa,punta pa ko makati tomorrow para i pass,.yung documents lang ba nkalagay sa email ang need?

Did they also send you a notification when your passport was already on hand i mean when you received the passport? Ung mailing address ko kasi sa office ng father ko c/o sakanya yung Passport ko... thanks

Yes. Prinint lang namin yung sinend na email tas fill out the Appendix B tas yung 2pcs picture, and ofcourse yung passport. That's it. Goodluck Saaten lahat
