same timeline po pala tayo. nag request ako last month ng notes at nakuha ko kahapon, passed na yung 3 checks, security nalang yung hinihintay bago mag ppr. cguro ganun narin yung application mo na security nalang. Good luck satin hopefully matapos na ang pag hihintay natin

If you are coming for the 1st time in Canada as immigrant, better avoid bringing foods.

meron po bang penalty if caught? or confiscate lang? walang tender juicy hotdogs dito! haha

nung umuwi kami dito last September, yung officer just asked, sobra ba sa $10k yang dala nyo? i said no then he just said welcome back home. but we got lucky lang i guess. fyi, my daughter had a knife in her hand carry, we realized it too late, nandito na kami unpacking.

I got caught by CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) today for some undeclared goods. They have charged me penalties of 60% of value of the goods (for total of $455) even though they are just clothing, bath & body products. They have also flagged my file which made me very concerned (since I am a frequent traveler).

pero yong kakilalako may dalang hotdog at hindi dineclared hindi naman nahuli ehehe.. swerte swerte lang cguro pero mas maaging wag ng mag risk. kac mag kakarun ng flag sa record mo so every time na papasok ka ng canada uusisaen mga dala mo.

Folks should check out the tv program "Border Security Canada" which is broadcast in Canada and also available in youtube . It's a reality show that deals with actual violations committed at border control.
