Hi. Ask ko lang ulit, di ba sabi ata bawal magleave ng blanks? Doon po sa Sponsored Spouse Questionnaire, automatic kasi na blank yung ibang questions kapag married na when you answer it on a computer. Okay lang ba yun? Or sulatan pa namin ng Not Applicable by hand? THANKS.

Yung iba ginawa nila sinulat na lang by-hand yung NA dun sa mga fields na nag-auto-greyed-out. Pwede naman daw ganun after ma-print ang form para lang wala talaga makita na blank ang ibang maarteng VO :)

Not sure how you were told about this but a copy of PSA Marriage Cert is a requirement for them. One thing na makita kasi nila sa cert is yung citizenship nung spouse na nasa Canada. Also, PDOS and GCP halos pareho lang. When I attended GCP last March 2016 karamihan kasabayan ko puro PDOS sila that time.

Ung GCP po required po ung for those spouse married to foreign national. kc aq, one of requirements sa pgrenew ng passport ay ung GCP certificate kaya kumuha na aq. then sabi sa akin, if meron na aq visa balik na lng aq dun for sticker. i think ung requirements lng hiningi sa akin ay ung report of marriage.

cheers!

Hi, i revisited mine and the questions on these section, "Information on your common law/conjugal partner relationship" (those questions that cannot be edited if you fill out via computer)" i left it blank..Ang not applicable ko lang eh "interpreter's declaration" ok lang nman ung application ko, approved na ako waiting for my visa. It's up to you to be sure kung ihand written nio pa.. just sharing my experience.. minsan nga kasi maarte ang VO.. Wishing for fast and smooth processing of your application :)

Sis pati doon po sa na-validate na forms? Personally, ano pong balak ninyong gawin? Para mahabol ko pa kasi kay hubby bago niya masend sa CPC. :)
Hi there, just give you an idea. for me, ung sa validated na forms. just leave it blank ung sa mga automatic not applicable kc once pag print mkikita naman nka gray ung color.hindi ko nilagyan ng N/A.
pero ung sa ibang forms like ung sa undertakings, nilagyan ko N/A lhat ung sa 2nd page. then ung sa spouse questionnaire hindi ko dn nilagyan N/A dun sa question for common law, since married namn kmi.

cheers!

Pareho tayo. Kaya meron na din ako certificate and no need na din to attend pa ulit the program. Although baka maki-seat-in pa din ako later kasi yung teener ko need mag attend ng Peer Session by the time we have the visa na. Mabait naman yung consul na nagpresent sa min so baka sa kanya ako maki-seat-in by that time :-)

Hi guys...I was wondering how long after re-medical would they ask for the passport?I had my re-medical done at st.luke's last September 14 and called them back two weeks ago they said that MVO received my medical results sept16.but till now MVO hasn't ask for my passport.I thought when they ask for re-medical the passport request comes shortly after but it has been 1 month and two weeks since then. TIA

If I may ask how was your experience at St Luke's? Which branch did you go to? Did they say anything about vaccines such as MMR?
With regards to your inquiry, I'd say it varies. It's true that some got the PPR few days after re-med. The same recently for those who had their app linked to MyCIC and whose Background showing "in progress". Lately though, some members here have been wondering, just like you do, about the PPR. Anyhow, I wish you get your PPR and VOH soon. Would you mind sharing your timeline, please?

Are there any applicants here who received PPR today? :)

I had mine done at ermita branch.it went on pretty smooth.took me half day. They told me since I received the MMR vaccine with my last medical exam, there is no need to have it again.but they asked for the hepB and hepC again even though I had it done last year, they said its part of their protocol so I had no choice.

I see. But for your first medical, did they require you to have it?
Well at that time I was clueless. They asked me and the other applicants to go to the immunization section and they didn't mention anything about it being optional,so I thought it was still part of the requirement and just had it done.
