So in connection with my query yesterday if it is possible to still get refused after asked for payment on RPRF, I just got the most relieving answer on Guide 3900 - Sponsorship of a spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner or dependent child living outside Canada.

2. The Right of Permanent Residence Fee, which will be requested by CIC at a later stage if your application is approved.
Note: We strongly recommend paying the Right of Permanent Residence Fee along with your processing fees. By doing so, it will reduce the processing time of your application.
Right of Permanent Residence Fee: Principal applicant (Spouse/common-law partner) 1 × $ 490 $ 490

Now, I feel like I’m just waiting for them to finalize everything and PPR is just around the corner.
God bless us, everyone! :D

Hi. Ask ko lang ulit, di ba sabi ata bawal magleave ng blanks? Doon po sa Sponsored Spouse Questionnaire, automatic kasi na blank yung ibang questions kapag married na when you answer it on a computer. Okay lang ba yun? Or sulatan pa namin ng Not Applicable by hand? THANKS.

Per my app, I left it blank. But there are some saying that N/A should be put in there to avoid possible insertion of erroneous details.

Wasn't worrying about it until I read something about not leaving anything blank. I understand doon sa most parts ng app like dependants, oo put Not Applicable pero kasi like sa SSQ, you can't enter any more details once you selected certain answers. Yours was fine, mine should be okay, I hope.

Sure, def yours will be fine. :D You know what your doing so you're all set. God bless you, prvc.

Good morning! :)

So here's the current trend of processing for Manila CEM

Once the files were transferred in Manila these are the things that will happen:

1.AOR2 - Acknowlegdment that application were received by CEM which is usually thru email or the method of communication the applicant opt to get for their application.
* This is a case to case basis , because some officers sends this while some does not.
* It may include also the common additional documents, which can be either send via email or if
asked to send original file, it can be send to nearest vfs.
2. In Progress in Background check in myCIC, This is a pretty good sign.
3. PPR- Passport Request email, detailing the needed passport along with appendix b and photos needed.
4. When myCIC status became: This means that they already finalize your application
Application/profile status Closed
Review of eligibility Passed
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents (NULL)
Scheduling an interview (NULL)
A background check is needed Complete
Final decision This application has been approved

5. Then an email from VFS, will be received telling you the passport is already dispatched from the visa office and ready for pick up.

:P
God bless everyone.

Hi. Thanks for this :)

Is there any way of knowing if you passed the medical exam without looking at the notes? I was wondering with mine kasi wala man silang results na sinabi from St. Luke's..Ang sabi nila tatawag na lang sa akin but they never called. Thank you. :)

Yun accredit clinic dito, nagemail sa akin nang proof of submission. Tapos nakaatached yun scanned copy noon form na may barcode tawag sa kanya is e-medical information sheet. doon nakalagay result na nacomplete ko yun mga tests. I did upfront eh.

Please take time to check the following informations.

Here is a landing / settlement checklist (general) - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19iIDQXsnVXK1SuDNZyT2uUJDlo6CkUSTmsXambuOvP4/edit#gid=0

Special thanks to chilkootcee for providing this from abu dhabi spousal forum:

Not sure how you were told about this but a copy of PSA Marriage Cert is a requirement for them. One thing na makita kasi nila sa cert is yung citizenship nung spouse na nasa Canada. Also, PDOS and GCP halos pareho lang. When I attended GCP last March 2016 karamihan kasabayan ko puro PDOS sila that time.
