Hello po sa lahat. First time ko po mag post in this forum but I've been reading a lot.

Meron po ako question and hoping anyone can provide some feedback.

I'm currently working here in Philippines as a Software Engineer. Yung client po namin is a US based company. Now, upon hearing from me na I married a Filipina-Canadian woman and she is planning to sponsor me as soon as possible. They offer me a job to work remotely in Canada. The same job parin po pero dun lang ako sa Canada mag work - work from home. Uuwi po dito ang wife ko late this month para makuha lahat ng papers tapos mag start po ng processing December this year.

Questions:
1. Pag hihingi po ba ako ng Employment Letter from US Company about their future offer sakin, mapapabilis po ba ang processing?
2. Kinasal po kami last May 2016 ng wife ko. Pero hindi pa namin nakuha ang Marriage Certificate, reason is hindi umabot yung Marriage License sa date ng wedding ceremony.So our Pastor nag agree na ituloy ang ceremony and to follow and marriage Licence. Uuwi po sya dito this month para asikasuhin namin ang marriage certificate and hopefully makuha namin before sya umalis. Wala po ito magiging problem? - kasi nauna na ang wedding ceremony.

Pasensya na po medyo mahaba. I hope enyone can give their 2 cents.

1. nope. Spousal sponshorship is based on several factors to consider like genuiness of your relationship.If you work in US exceeding 6 months then get FBI Clearance as this will be part of your application.
2.Ask pastor for a letter and duly notarized it add this in your application as proof. After marriage license is applied, marry her/him again. Ask an immigration lawyer to avoid misrepresentation.

I was reading the book of Judah 6 and gideon was your name. I was reminded of gideon being weak in his clan but God chose him and it was mentioned there an angel appeared to gideon and said "the lord is with you mighty warrior". So don't be afraid in your processing of paper for the Lord is with you

Originally, kasama na sa package yung sa sponsored person. Then dun sa acknowledgement of receipt ng MVO, nandun yung mga docs na need isubmit if not yet submitted diba? Dun na namin sinubmit yung BC ko (sponsor).

October 5 - Sent PP to VFS-Qatar
October 9- Abu Dhabi VAC started processing
My passport is having a blast and partying in abu dhabi vac. Lol

Here's a tip: wag mo ibibigay sa VO unless asked by them.
We dont have AOM- Advisory on marriage , they didn't ask so we didnt give.
The only thing we send them was the updated passport copy as this is essentially an important part of the application. We sent in passport that is about to expire(oct 4,2016), then middle of may we sent an update one and we found out in gcms notes that they updated all our records with new passport no and expiry date.

ano last name nya sa passport ? sya ba si applicant or sponsor.
Eto naman sa side ko. Sinubmit ko passport una is single status with last name same.
Sunod passport submit ko is married status with last name same.
So wala naman issue and ppr na ko since oct 4.
Basta yun consistency nang data mo is intact. Kasi naisip namin nang asawa ko na pagdating ko na lang sa canada ako papalit sa apelyido nya.

thank you.nag backread ako dun sa issue ni gideon.and for me i think you are right.opinion ko lang din na dapat magpakasal na lang ulit and forget the ist one lalo na sa pag file nila.i had a friend na dahil sa pakikinigng maling tao ayun misrepresentation ang bagsak.kasi naman nag article 34 para makasal kasi wala ng time .ayun deny tsk tak

Hi po. I have a problem regarding our application. Kakareceive ko lang ng email from manila office requesting for an explanation why we were solemnized under artcle 34 but we havent replied yet.. We are still contemplating on how to do it. Truth was we considered it only because pitifully wala po kaming time to get the license due to distance issues my husband was in Canada at that momennt and im in Phils so he let me do all preparations for our marriage and it was suggested to us by his family to do this process (kasi they also did it with his sister prior and her husband is already there in Canada). So basically we just followed them with the same process to avoid seminars and all (yes we know we shouldnt have done it but we insisted because of our own greed... And im really regretting it now)

we are in a 7yr relationship and now we got married last Apr 2016 and we dont have kids yet, and submitted our application in canada on Aug 2016. Problem is, we were'nt really living in together prior to marriage. Yes it was a long term relationship but we had not lived in together, sleep overs for a couple of months yes and we did stayed in our apartment for about a year or so when we were working in Manila, however in our marriage certificate which is obviously included in our submitted forms, indicated that we were wedded under article 34.. And the bigger problem is, under the Sponsored Spouse Questionnaire page 6 of 6 #27, we answered No, we did not live together due to our family did not approve loving together before marriage.. Our answers became contrasting with each other... We just dont know how to fix these things... Can someone please give us some light into this? Or maybe ideas on how to resolve this issue? It's really heartbreaking for me to be thinking negatively because ive been reading other forums/comments regarding the same prob..

It doe not say in the email where to mail the document and we want to mail it right away.

Thanks Bro! I'm a Software QA Analyst. Gideon is based on Judges 6 - one of my fav character in the Bible. Yeah, after kahapon I decided to not worry anymore. Medyo guilty lang kasi ako because I didn't done any research. prcv help me a lot sa mga info because I'm really busy on work, church and other stuff. But I guess it's time do some more research and no excuses.

Yeah I think it's best to have a wedding again kahit sa Civil nalang. Para wala magiging prob. Also, one option is e file ang Marriage Certificate based on the release date of Marriage License. Pero I think I will still opt for another wedding if time permits. God bless!

i will answer this just because i kniw ssomeone who experienced it.under art 34 dapat 5 yrs ata na nag live in.dun pa lang po mejo tagilid na at ngayon kasi mas aware na ang mga officers sa article34 na yan ..2007 pa ung case ng friend ko at nainterciew ung hubby nalagpak at banned for ng ilang yrs(diko sure ilang yrs kasi till how wala pa siya dito) padalw dalaw na lang siya pinas kasi ung anak naiwan sa hubby..nag lawyer pa siya how manu thousand dollars ang pinamabayad pero wala talaga .mahirap po yang case nyo and base dun sa kilala ko eh diko alam kung paano ang gagasin jan,unless mag applu ka na lang na dito under other category hindi na family class siguro
