Goodday! Im currently working here in singapore ending my contract within 3 months until feb 2, 2017. My husband and i are planning to send the application.. Wat we are planning to do is ill send him the forms and he will be the one to pass it.. But im confused about the address that i will right in the firms dould i erite the philippine address or my current address.. Cos im afraid wen i go back to philippines they will send documents here in SG. Someone advised us to start the application in the philippiens,. Thankyou guys!

Current address, and after you finish contract update them(CIC) with your new address.

i just received my letter for eligibility as a sponsor and my application has been sent to manila for further processing! i was wondering how do i link my application to my cic account? everytime i try it says application not found.

I am encountering the same issue, been trying for 2 weeks now and still no luck, maybe this time is not the right time to try, MyCIC is having a problem with the system.

We just received out SA too, and were told that our application was sent to Manila VO. Waiting for AOR2 then...

Thankyou po. Still completing the forms po. Kailangan po bang lahat ng documents ko e surname n ng husband ko ang gamit ko?

Only if you already changed your identifications such as passport to a married name. If not, maiden name is fine. You will send naman a copy of the marriage certificate as proof that you are married. Better also to have an Advisory on Marriages available when you send your application para hindi na i-request later.

Thankyou.. okay nmn na po ung documents nmin.. fifill up nlng ng forms. Saka ung proof of relationships. Plano po sana namin microsoft word nlng ung mga pictures. Or mas better sa photo paper. Need din po ba na kasabay n ung upfront medical sa unang pasa nung appliction. Or they will advise me kung kelan?

May specific hospital or doctor lng po pala sila na pede sa medical no ? Di po pede sa hosp n pinag woworkan ko
