Hindi pa po, wala pa Passport request (PPR) kaya we're wondering why i have DM already.

Ok lang po yan may dalawa po akong kakilala ganyan din minsan nauuna ang decision made bago pa humingi ng PPR. pero majority kac nakakareceived ng DM after maerceived ang passport kaya medyo alarming ang dating kac usually you will receive a refusal letter prior to getting a DM status.

Permanent Residence
We received your application for permanent residence on July 30, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 30, 2015.
We started processing your application on September 28, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

Hindi ko po maintindihan if July applicant po ba ako or September?
December po ba matatapos yong waiting period namin? belong po kasi sa 17month process.

yong processing time po simula ng mareceived nila ang application ninyo dun po nag sttart ang processing time tapos yong processing time na naka indicate sa website is varying depende sa volume ng application na pinaprocess and case to case basis yong so kung maraming kulang asa application aabutin ka nung maximum processing time pero kung hindi naman pwede less than the current posted processing time. Sir Gideon, try mo pumunta sa CIC website and download mo yung Sponsored Spouse Questionnaire. Para alam mo yung mga questions na dapat mong sagutan. If sa province ka, may tanong din doon na nakapunta ba ang both families ninyo. Stronger case kung yes. It doesn't matter kung civil or church ang importante masatisfy ang officer na genuine ang pagmamahalan ninyo. You have to make a very credible application. Read mo na rin yung questionnaire para familiar ka at di ka mahirapan sa pagsagot.

Oct. 5 yung ppr request sis.

Naghihintay ka rin pala sis? I know the maximum is 90 working days to get the passport back, it was on the ppr email. Some got it back as early as 4 days after they submitted. I hope my husband's passport is ready for pick-up soon. ;D

Hello po sa lahat. First time ko po mag post in this forum but I've been reading a lot.

Meron po ako question and hoping anyone can provide some feedback.

I'm currently working here in Philippines as a Software Engineer. Yung client po namin is a US based company. Now, upon hearing from me na I married a Filipina-Canadian woman and she is planning to sponsor me as soon as possible. They offer me a job to work remotely in Canada. The same job parin po pero dun lang ako sa Canada mag work - work from home. Uuwi po dito ang wife ko late this month para makuha lahat ng papers tapos mag start po ng processing December this year.

Questions:
1. Pag hihingi po ba ako ng Employment Letter from US Company about their future offer sakin, mapapabilis po ba ang processing?
2. Kinasal po kami last May 2016 ng wife ko. Pero hindi pa namin nakuha ang Marriage Certificate, reason is hindi umabot yung Marriage License sa date ng wedding ceremony.So our Pastor nag agree na ituloy ang ceremony and to follow and marriage Licence. Uuwi po sya dito this month para asikasuhin namin ang marriage certificate and hopefully makuha namin before sya umalis. Wala po ito magiging problem? - kasi nauna na ang wedding ceremony.

Pasensya na po medyo mahaba. I hope enyone can give their 2 cents.

Not sure of your exact situation..on the marriage license po..as to what I know of iits a formal requisites for marriage, if wala po xa, marriage may be void so it's as if di po ba ngyari kasal..check nyo Po sa lawyer nyo just to be sure.baka Po ma misrepresent pa kayo..

Hi Aprihl! Im trying to help my friend who is under husband sponsorship, nag hire kasi sya ng consultant (CIC), my questions are: Saan po nakikita yung ganyan ka detailed na status? Also, how is background check being done kaya? Bago lang kasi silang kasal Dec 2015 lang...TIA
