Hello po! Any update po kung nareceive na nila documnets niyo? Did they contact you na po? Regarding this? Im worried now. Dont know if i need to send the original birth certificate kasi nakalagay sa email nila na "send all documents by email". Thank you po!

• Do not use an icloud domain or any file sharing websites
• Each document must be in PDF format (.pdf) and not exceed 2.0MB
• Each PDF file must contain only one type of document. If several documents/forms are requested, save each type of document separately. For example, if you were requested to submit completed IMM5406 Additional Family Information forms for yourself and your spouse, your completed form must be saved in one (1) .PDF file extension name and your spouse’s in another PDF file
• If your submission includes a cover letter, this must be saved separately in one (1) PDF file
• Documents must be readable and easy to view
• The file name of each PDF document must follow this format:
Application number<space>Last Name<space>Given Name<space>Type of Document

Pa read po ulit ng instructions para po hindi kayo magkamali. it clearly mention na pdf file po. wala na po kayong dapat ilagay na CC.

For Subject in Email: Application number<space>Last Name<space>Given Name
For filename of the PDF file: Application number<space>Last Name<space>Given Name<space>Type of Document
Example: E12345678 Smith John Additional Family Information form

Hello. Sa mga nalalapit na ang pag alis, magshare lang ako ng tips and lessons learned sa landing. Mga bagay na dapat ginawa ko noon before pa ako lumipad.

1. When you buy tickets thru travel agency, call the airlines and confirm if they have already confirmed your flight. Last june i had this horrible experience with PAL and flighthub (travel agency). After we bought the ticket, flighthub sent us an email saying that the flight was confirmed and NO NEED TO CALL FOR RE CONFIRMATION. On the day of our flight, I was not able to board PAL kasi di daw pala confirmed ang booking ko. To cut the story short, i stayed in the airport for almost 24hrs (worst nightmare, i was literally crying in the airport) and I re booked a new flight with JAL instead after 2 days. When you buy tix, please PLEASE reconfirm with airlines. #NeverAgainPAL #NeverAgain

@tintinsam - Appreciate the tips you shared to everyone. Indeed, helpful esp to those who never had the experience to travel outside Philippines yet. Sorry to hear about your experience though. Since you went through a travel agency, they are the ones responsible about your flight and confirmation. Yes, it's already done.

If I may also add for everyone's attention, if you will go through a travel agency and/or buy the ticket directly from an airline, REMEMBER that once you already have your flight's reference code, ALWAYS double-check your reservation online (go to the airline's website). Too, you may now (RE)CONFIRM and RESERVE your seat/s ONLINE. Usually now, there is already a counter (per airline) dedicated for those who already confirmed their flight/s online. This way, checking-in once you get to the counter will be quite easier and somehow faster.

Hello! Just wanted to ask kung mah nakakaalam po ng email address ng manila embassy? I didn't know na pati birth certificate ng sponsor kailangan isend. And in what format po? One more thing, who will send the additional documents? The sponsor or the applicant? Thank you so much!

good day..congrats sa mga PPR na.. ung amin 3 months and 2 weeks mhgt n sa embassy hindi pa rin binabalik..nagawa n namin lahat ng follow up..wla p rn news and update worried n ako sobra kase hanggang 0ct.29 n lang visa namin..

Hi. Di po kayo tumawag or nag email mismo sa MVO kung anong rason bakit antagal ng waiting time niyo? Sa mga nabasa ko before usually 4-6 weeks na ung pinakamahaba. I would suggest po mag email or twag kayo sa MVO just to follow up. Malapit na din expiry niyo. Di narerenew ang expiry ng COPR. You have to land before your expiry. Pg di nkapagland balik step 1.

Hi po, normally they will notify the principal applicant by email, some visa officer will call on your mobile too. For sure they po they will inform you. Don't worry. God bless.
