Hello everyone!

I am glad that I found this forum! It is such a relief to have people who understand what exactly you are going through.
My Application status are as follows:

Sponsorship
1.We received your application to sponsor on July 21, 2016.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 12, 2016.
3.We started processing your application on August 11, 2016.
STATUS: DECISION MADE

Permanent Residence
1.We received your application for permanent residence on July 21, 2016.
2.We started processing your application on September 7, 2016.
STATUS: IN PROCESS


I am just confused because it says that Decision has been made for me as sponsor but I didn't received any email stating if I was approved as a sponsor or not.
But my husbands application was already sent to the visa officer in the Philippines and say in process as of September 7.

Does this mean that I am already approved to sponsor?
Kindly give me some insights in regards to this..

Just to share you guys just received lng po today my SA.. wla pa pong 1month since sinubmit po namin yung application namin.. first na email ko po last saturday nakasulat na nareceive ponla application namin last august 15 then today september 13 nreceive ko na po yung yung SA ko.. yung papers ng hubby ko naiforward na po sa MVO.. God is Good! Ask ko lang po after naiforward na po yung application ng hubby ko sa MVO ano po next step dun? Salamat po

Good day ALLMALL paano mo ipapadala yung Passport mo?
punta kaba dun personally sa VAC or sa embassy na mismo sa may RCBC plaza tower sa makati ?
ako rin kasi within 5 days lang din binigay sakin so bale in person kuna bibigay bukas kaso dko alam kung sa embassy na or sa VAC

Yes dyan mo nga ipapadala. Wala ka po ba sa Manila? If you are outside manila then you have no choice but to send it via courier. Kami po kasi since nasa Manila po kami dinala nmin personally dyan sa VFS Global...as to the payment , I am not sure lang po...

Good day galaniel thank you sa reply andito po ako sa Pampanga , bukas puntahan ko nlang personally yung address na yan , nakakalito po kasi may nag sasabi na sa embassy ko na ibigay mismo sa may Level 6-8, RCBC Plaza Tower 2 1200, 6819 Ayala Ave, Makati, 1227 Metro Manila

You may want to post your concern directly under Family Class Sponsorship thread (in English). I'm pretty sure you will get good responses esp from senior members.

My thoughts about your questions:

1. Yes
2. Your wife will most likely be the sponsor (her child as the Principal applicant) and you could be a co-signer.

Does the non-accompanying child had medical examination when you applied PR?

Hi. Wala po kayong natanggap na email sabi na approved kayo as sponsor? Usually nkalagay sa SA na e fi-file transfer na nila sa MVO. Tsaka nagbibigay cla guidelines incase they require you to submit some docs or any changes in your situation that can affect your application.

Unfortunately wala. the only email I received is the confirmation that stating they received my application on july 21. then upon checking sa on-line service sabi nga na ngstart na ang process by aug 12. then after nakarecieve na ung husband ko ng email from Manila Visa office stating na na received na nila ung paper ng husband ko. and nung chineck ko ulit sabi sa akin, decision has been made and ung sa husband ko is on process na as of sept 7. and automated message says to submit documents na needed if there is any.

so kaya ako nalilito, kasi di ako na kareciv ng sponsor approval email or letter but finorward na ung file ng husband ko sa manila and also sabi nastrat na ng sept 7 ang processing sa kanya.. now I feel so lost. ???

Ung sponsor lng nkaka receive ng SA. Don't worry di ka mapaprocess if di na approve ung sponsor. Ung email nareceive ng asawa mo AOR2. Waiting game na yan until hihingi cla ng additional docs if needed or PPR na.

Thats weird po. Check your email again or spam folder baka andun.

Since nasa Pampanga ka at may binigay na address sayo kung saan ipadala ang passport, yun ang gawin mo! Ipa-courier mo sa Canada Visa Application address nila, LBC pwede yan. Sinabi pala sa email na wag ipadala mismo sa embassy.
