hi guys cno po dto pinag take ng extra medical assesment (psych, behavioral, etc) aside sa main medical nyo? we're planning to email CEM po kc regarding our upcoming medical expiration this october but until now we're not really sure kung anung date tlga expiration ng med ko. Ive done my general medical assessment oct 7, 2015 and pnabalik nila ko ng oct 28 for another evaluation/appointment with a psych doctor. i dont even know why but maybe its because namention ko na may relative kmi na may history ng mild depression. up until now confused pdn kmi ng wife ko s actual date ng validity ng medical ko. can someone shed some light on this. thanks!

hi minsan pinare remedical hindi pinapa urgent.ung friend ko june2014 nagmedical hubby nya tapos pinasa ng friend ko nov pa.kaya remed siya ng june at july nagvisa na.

For Common-law couples or applicants, is there some of you whose marriage here in the philippines is not annuled but applied common law and got approved by CIC?

Because that is my case! :'( We are just preparing our common law application and soon to submit. It's too costly to annul the marriage here and my husband pension cannot pay that annulment fee to be able to get re-married again that is why we apply common-law. The first application was refused due to his the sponsor's divorce date June 2013 while our marriage Nov 2012.

I am making an introduction explanation letter for the visa officer about our case.

Hello,December applicant ung asawa ko rin nag remedical this July 2016 kc ng expire na ung upfront medical nia. Ok naman ung unang medical nia, but sa remedical nia, sa IOM makati, paalis na daw cia nang sinabi daw sa kanya na mag stay muna kc may nkita daw n sobrang liit n spot s xray nia pero blurry daw kya kailangan ulitin.. So ng stay cia at inulit ung xray nia 4times! Which is alam ko na nd naman ata mganda sa katawan ung 4times na para daw silang may gustong makita. Tapos pinauwi na cia at cnb n wait nlang daw tawag ng immigration
So after two weeks my email sa kanya ang cic n nrecv na ung re medical nia but in order to continue processing his application he needs to do more tests (skin test, sputum and another xray) -another bayad! So nagpunta naman ang asawa ko, tapos ang sinabi daw is incubation for 9weeks ung specimen n nkuha s kanya before malaman ung result! 9long weeks!
Nagtataka ung asawa ko kaya pmunta cia s Lung Centre of the Phils. Para mag pa second opinion, so ginawa rin ang xray, skin and sputum test(pero nd 9weeks) after a week, lumabas n ang result, and clear naman lahat sabi ng doctor theres nothing wrong with you. Kumuha cia ng certificate from that doctor to prove na wala ciang sakit.
Ngayon, hindi ko alam kung dpat ko ba iforward s embassy yung second opinion nia.at kwestyunin ang Makati IOM Or wait p namin ung result ng 9week n incubation test nia. Sabi s lung centre, nd n daw klngan un kc ok n cia s xray p lang. Ayaw ko sana isipin, pero parang namemera lang naman ata cla pra additional tests-additional fees pa, tapos delay n delay n ung papers ng applicant.
Pls. Kng may experience kyo na gnito, pa share naman kc nalilito ako kung ano n b dapat gagawin namin.. And any advice po pls Thanks in advance. -tinytoes

Talaga!? Eh ang tagal p nung 9weeks kasi e, tapos sabi mo after 3months pa?! parang gusto ko na ata iemail ung Embassy.. Or magpatulong dito sa MP namin. Nandito kc sken mga anak namin sa Canada, and hinahanap na nila dad nila, lalo p magpapasukan n naman. Hay, grabe naman.
