Hi , ask ko LNG po, if you included appendix A document checklist ? I only have that document checklist IMM5491.
My husband prob be pissed off if I should have printed out that appendix A

IMM5491 is the Sponsor side. Appendix A - Document Checklist is on the Sponsored side and should be put on top of the forms and supporting docs.

No problemo. Just keep browsing/re-reading Guide 3905, IMM3999 (Sponsored), IMM3900 (Sponsor) when filling out forms and other queries. Op kors, CIC website and this forum are also a lot of help

I just checked CIC and for all you Philippines applicants, the assessment of sponsor has been reduced to 36 days

got AOR2 in my email today. Naipasa ko naman na lahat nun nakalista nila (Police Clearance, Forms, Birth Cert, Marriage Cert and AOM) since it was in their checklist.

wala na ba silang ibang hihingiin? what are next steps and usually gaano po yun katagal?

Naka received din po ako ng AOR2 , Original document po ba ang dapat na e submit or pwede scanned lang and send thru email? hindi naman po kac naka specify dun sa email kung original at wala ding address na nakalagay kung saan e mamail yong requested documents.

need ko po mag submit ng AOM at birth certificate ng sponsor.
