Did you try to compress the file?

I did not, i don't even know how to compress it, I'm using Apple computer, and i can see that it can open even it's more than 3MB. Just a little worried lang that they will ask for it again, should i just send the real documents via courier? i already sent them email with the documents. what's the best thing to do and also what's their address? so that means i will send duplicate and it will cause processing delays haaay

What program did you use? It's not about if it matters or not. The attachment system is designed only up to 2MB. So even if you will send what you currently have, it will not go through.

Hi, is it a scanned document? If yes, I would advise na i-scan mo na lang sya ulit and you should be able to adjust the scan properties to minimize the size of the file. If you need help, ask someone with you for assistance.

I would advise to follow the document requirements ng CIC to avoid any issues that might prolong the process nung application mo.

Hello! My hubby got his AOR2 email last night. Meron kaming isang form na inupdate that we sent via case specific inquiry before we even got SA. Now we have to send the hard copy. Hindi namin makita sa email nila yung address kung saan magsesend ng forms na may signature. I remember seeing it here in the past, but I can't find it now. Can anyone help, please?

Things are getting real! Sooo excited! I hope mabilis na maprocess ang visa application ni hubby para complete na family namin dito. Praying for everybody.

Was it originally .pdf or you exported na lang? Normally kasi, the file maybe big in size, say in MS Word. But when you export it to .pdf, nababawasan yung file size

Hello po, kakareceive lang po namin ng AOR2 email. Bali sabi po dun, kung nasubmit na lahat, no need na isubmit. ang natatandaan ko lang po na hindi namin nasubmit ay yung AOM for sponsor. Pwede ko napo ba isend ito ng wala pa silang email na hinihingan ako? sa email ko po ba pwede isend ito or kailangan via mail? Thanks po.
