hi? canadian citizen ako ang pinasa ko yung photocopy ng canadian certificate at passport..then original copy ng marriage certificate namin ni hubby ...sabay naman kasing ipapasa ang sponsor at applicant kaya isang marriage cert lang

hello po.. So nlagay nyo nalang po sa checklist sa sponsor supporting documents na NA sa section na yun . Yung photocopy of marriage cert if you have co signor and he/she is your spouse? Or just leave it na blank nlang po?

Hello guys, just want to know, pag pumunta ba ako sa NSO they will give me right away the advisory of marriage? or can I do it somewhere in LBC, save more or other establishments? How many weeks bago ko matanggap un? Thanks

If you're going to the main PSA office, it depends when you got married. Same thing if you will be requesting online. If it is already available in their system, it takes 2-3 days and it will be delivered right at your doorstep (for online request/order). May original copy ka na ba ng MC nyo from PSA (former NSO)? Did you obtain a copy thru advanced endorsement?

Its not a big issue as you landed canada, you have the same case with my tita who is a canadian citizen now, she's still using her maiden name. what is important is your marriage certificate and other proof with your husband. And so with my case, recently we had just file our application with the my husband (the sponsor). Im using my maiden name as advice by my tita, because it would really take time to change the status.

I already have the Certificate of Marriage from NSO, the MVO is just requesting that Advisory of Marriage, i did the Online application and it was confusing me kasi po, theres no advisory of marriage in their system so what i did is i asked for CENOMAR, then hopefully yung idedeliver sakin is AOM na since meron na naman kami Marriage Certificate from NSO. Tama po ba ing ginawa ko?

Korek ka dyan, Ate! Sana nga available na sa system nila ang MC nyo para AOM talaga ang makuha mo. If not, CENOMAR pa din ang idedeliver sayo. How long you've been married na ba, if I may ask?

Hi! How long have you been married? Were you able to get a copy of your NSO marriage certificate already? If yes, then you'll get an AOM. If not, then you'll get a cenomar again.

Yes they did, asking for Police certificate from the other country where i stayed and also that AOM. I have the police certificate already, just waiting for AOM and then I'm ready to passed it.

Hello guys,

I just want to ask your opinion on my wife's situation.
She received her RPRF Fee request at around May 2016 and we paid it immediately.
Then the Visa office Manila requested for her passport on June 22, 2016 and she immediately submitted it on the following day.

On July 12, 2016 she emailed CEM to ask for an update and they replied saying that her travel document is already in queue for printing.
And they are just waiting for a system update from Canada.
But up until now, she haven't got her passport back.

But when we checked my wife's application online it says that:
Application/profile status : Open
Review of eligibility : Review in Progress
Review of medical results : Passed
Review of submitted documents :
Scheduling an interview : Not needed at this time
A background check is needed : In Progress
Final decision : Not Started

I reached out to our MP's office (Kevin Lamoureux) to ask for the status of my wife's application.
And they called the Canada Immigration Office and told me that there is no Final Decision yet.

It is somehow confusing,
Why would CEM ask for the RPRF fee and my wife's passport if the review of eligibility is still in progress?

Why would they say that my wife's travel documents is already in queue for printing if there still no final decision?

Anyone has an idea on what's going on here?
or someone has the same situation?

I can't say to be honest, but I'd imagine so, that if they wanted anything else it would have been requested at the time.. not sure though.

The reason I was asking was because we got a generic looking AOR2 that listed to send about 5 items, but there was no pdf attachment, and at the end it said if they've already been submitted then not to resubmit, so I wanted to know if they specifically request something if it comes as a pdf attachment.
