QUESTION for Applicant: Meron po ba ditong nag answer ng NONE sa question tungkol sa mga organization/association? NONE kase ang sagot ng asawa ko dahil wala talaga syang matandaan na naging member sya. Hindi sya "matinong" estudyante noon kaya hindi sya active sa ganyan.

Gusto ko lang po malaman if meron din sumagot ng "NONE".

Ah ok, thank you! Nakahinga ako konti. Hehehe. Kinulit ko talaga si hubby and wala talaga sya maalala na documented or nag sign up sya. Just want to make sure if it's "normal".

My husband's application was received at the Manila office in May (medicals/police certificate already received).
When should we expect to receive DM or COPR?

so dun po sa IMM5406 under section A (NAME) una kong lalagay surname ko? bale ang format po ay SURNAME, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME? same din po ba sa mga brothers and sister under SECTION C naman?

Hi po sa lahat, newbie here and I have a few questions.

So on the left hand side I see a lot of information, like Med's done, file transferred and other dates.

Can anyone enlighten me about the File Transferred status?

My wife also recently was granted a Temporary Resident Visa because she wanted to visit me and during her visit we sent our application, does this mean her medical examination was already done and will they keep it in her file?

Sent my application ng June 1. June 2, nareceive ng CPC-M. June 22, AOR1. Currently waiting for SA. So far, sponsor side on ECAS shows na in process na. App received naman sa PA side with 2 lines (app received, meds received). What additional requirements did they ask for po, if you don't mind?
