Spousal sponsorship din c mother mo?, may interview pa cia? buti na lng di na ako nirequire for interview.
as per cem nmn wala na hihingin samen na info, bale on queue na cia for visa stamp kaso di pa cla certain kelan daw masstamp.
ung sa inyo after 3 mos from the date ng interview lng pede magfollow up? instruction nila yun?

may 20,2016-- another email was receive they are currently processing his application
june 29,2016 --another email he receive stating that he was approved to as a sponsor for spouse visa and further process daw i sesend sa manila
july 6,2016 -- according to online status it was receive in manila
july 13,2016 -- ako naman ang naka receive ng email states that they are processing the visa

question lang im done with all my requirements including medical na submit na kasama ng application , im, confuse lang kasi is it necessary to have all my family members to under go medical even if hindi naman sila sasama sa akin sa canada??

I believed yes po.. immediate family member. yung mga anak nio po. nasa instruction po yun. or there may be problem in time na susunod sila.

I believe your mother is applying a PR based as a live in caregiver. Pagkakaalam ko iba kasi ang proseso ng application ng PR for live in caregivers.

based on MVO's email it applies to your child (if applicable) so if you have children and even if they are not going with you to Canada you have to declare them but I'm not quiet sure if what is "examination" means in their email but they didnt mention anything about medical examination.

wala pa kaming anak , yes immidiate family ko ang mahal kasi ng medical per person i have 2 sisters and 1 brother then parents ko , should i wait till they contact me and ask for their medical or i- pamedical ko na silang lahat ??

Spousal Sponsorship kayo right? tama yung previous comment. ung child nio lang kung meron, if none po. ndi na need na pamedical ung sister and parents nio.

wala pa kaming anak , and im confuse aswell with form imm5406 additional family information form, dpat ba nilagay ko yung parents at mga kapatid ko even if sa generic application form ng canada imm0008 naka declare na sila ?? do i have to resubmit that form and change it at ilagay ang names nila??

yes spousal sponsorship kami , my husband is a canadian and advice ng inlaws ko na wag na muna mag baby sa pinas because hassle sa paglalakad ng papers thanks for the reply, that's a relief , all my requirements are done , crossing my fingers that mabilis lang ang pag approved ng visa ,sa email na na receive ko , they are asking for the receipt na binayaran ni husband , for the spouse visa and permanent residence visa it was included already nung pinasa namin yung papers , do i need to resend that if ever???

You should have your parents' names and siblings written on IMM5406 NOT IMM0008. If wala pa kayo anak, dapat yung no. 3 question sa IMM0008 na total family member, it should be 1 only. Ganun ba ginawa mo?

if they dont ask you to resubmit that form of additional family pwde naman na siguro na hindi na or try to email them for inquiry just to be sure. those documents that you already included in your app no need na to pass it.

no po sa imm0008 ko nilagay yung boung family ko tapos sa question no 3 i write 6 pero each details in the end if they are coming to canada nilagay ko "no " , should i resubmit the form again ?? kkasi according sa email na na receive ko if di ko pa na susubmit i email ko daw sa kanila
