Patulong po kasi naguguluhan ako.
Nagstart po ako pumasok sa College ng June 2011 hanggang 2nd year 2nd sem lang po ako (October 2012) nagstop po ako sa second sem kasi po nag aral po ako ng Caregiver from Nov. 2012 to July 2013. And then nag part time job ako sa Mcdo From Oct. 2013 to June 2014. Tapos po nung nag start ulit ang school year for 2nd sem pinagpatuloy ko po ung Bachelor's Degree ko from Nov. 2013 to April 2016. So ang iniisip ko po is baka maguluhan ung Immigration Officer. Ganito po kasi magiging labas nya:

2011-06 to 2012-10 Studied College
2012-11 to 2013-07 Studied Caregiver
2013-10 to 2014-06 part time job as servcie crew
2013-11 to 2016-04 continued college

Hindi po kaya malito ang immigration officer jan? Any advcie or suggestions pls

You have to detail everything. From what month and year you started to what month and year you finished. You should not missed every single month. Even your studying, employed, unemployed, or travelling.

Anong category ang ginamit mo? Hnd pa sya ng confirmed sa email kasi wla kpa visa? Ano lng email sayo confirmationa ba? Hnd ako ng try kasi hnd ko alam category tska mmya if gamitin ko email ko mg conflict if mgkamali

As I promised,,, I will get back to y'all regarding vaccination

I went to St.Luke's Extension Clinic located at George Bocobo Ermita Manila,,,


After re doing the whole process at the end of the examination they instructed us to go to the 2nd floor,, for vaccination review,, yes I don't know why I didn't experienced it before why now it's different???
This is specifically what's happened in our last stage until we got our receipt and go home...
After 3hrs,,, of waiting for our names to be called and get an interview by the dr. I ask them the following..

Q. What vaccines are needed for my child? She already done the mmr1 and 2 last March 23, 2015
A. It's ok mam no need for your child to under go vaccination since you have your certification from her pedia and I will be going to need a photo copy of it and copied the Lot # of the medicine used to her.
Q. So is she passed this interview?
A. Yes
I am next to be interviewed...
Dr. Q. Mam have u done you mmr from your previous medical
Me A. No
Dr. Q. Mam you have to take the mmr vaccine because it is requirement for us the get your re-medical exam
done.
Me. A. Dr. Do I really need to have it? Is it only for a child? Last time I did my medical there is no such
instruction for me how come I need this as well?
Dr. Q. To answer your question the cem office wanted ALL APPLICANTS from U.S. And CANADA to have the
vaccine taken from us or else present a certification that you have already done this shots. It is their
protocol!,,Not this clinic we are just following orders also and hope every applicants complied. And It is
not only for a Child this is required for ALL APPLICANTS from ages 1yr. Old to 60yrs. Old. The only
thing is 1-18y.o.Must have 2 shots of mmr while 19-60y.o. 1 shot is enough,,,
The reason why you are not required to have this vaccine from your previous examination was,, as I see
on your file you are pregnant,,, MMR is harmful to the baby on your womb that's y u r not instructed to
do So....
Me. Q. I see so that's explain.... Should I really need to have this???
Dr. A. It's up to you BUT we will be waiting for you to comeback until you have given us a certification of your
vaccine and Unlike to us we can issue you right here and now and your application will be sent to
embassy as soon as You finish all examination and immunization required.
Me. Q. Ok I will have it now.. How much....

Dr. A. Ok mam since you are decided here's the prescription just go the the 5th flr. Pay for pregnancy test first
Then go to 4th flr. To have a urine exam after u finish this go back to 5th flr. And pay for mmr vaccine
and come back to me

Dr. A. As I said the mmr vaccine is harmful if you are pregnant that's y we are needed to conduct pregnancy
test To be sure that you are eligible to have the vaccine...
Me. A. (I just want to go home and do whatever they say) ok I'll be right back

Then after all the holdup finally I got my receipt and told that me and my child passed all the exam just wait for 2 days then cem will have it by that date...

As I've said I experienced it at St.Luke's in Ermita manila branch I don't know the process in different branches but I and my co-applicant there had experienced this hold up and it's up to you guys to believe it and have your vaccines done or not I also have a copy of this receipt to those who's doubting my story I am gladly show it to you if you want a proof LOL...

For further reference - MMR - 1,350
Pregnancy test - 495
Flu vaccine - they didn't ask for it

If I were a boy at least I can save 495php LOL

SA IMM5669 under po ng EDUCATION, hindi po kakasya sa may name of institution ung ilalagay ko, okay lang po ba another sheet of paper? Tsaka po dba under ng trades ang Caregiver? Pero years po kasi ang required na ilagay sa box, pano ko po ilalagay na 6 months? Tapos ano po type of diploma ung ilalagay ko sa highschool diploma? Salamat po at pacensya na sa madaming tanong, wala po kasi ito sa guide. hehe

Thanks for the information Ms. Mariechan.. I will go so St. Lukes Ermita this june 30 for my repeat chest xray, might as well for my vaccination. I think i have to prepare money for those..

As far as I know if it is only for repeat x-Ray it's 2,200php don't know if u will be required for immunization hopefully not ,,,it is really a holdup for a 19y.o. And up girls LOL.... But it is better to be prepared done clueless...

On the testing center we went to not st. Luke's we are required to have MMR vaccines, what we did was we had it already on our family doctor.. Just have your certification from your doctor to avoid delays.. The testing center would also provide the shot if you want it right away.. All in all I think every testing center requires you to have your MMR vaccines even children below 3...so just prepare some extra cash

Ask ko lang po kung magkakaroon po ba ng conflict sa immgiration officer na nagpakasal ako kht na pumapasok pa ko sa College? January po ako nagpakasal, and 3 months to go na lang po graduation na So wala naman po naging problema in my part. iniisip ko lang po ung sa side po ng immigration officer. hehe
