Hi guys, question for anyone who might have experienced this recently...
I just received an email instructing me to undergo medical exams. I actually went for upfront medical exams when I submitted my PR application last year. The exact date of the medical exam was June 8, 2015. Per GCMS, the medical exam status is "Passed" and the results are valid through June 16, 2016.
My interpretation is that I am required to go through the exams again because my upfront medical is expiring / has expired. However, it's a little confusing because 1. There is nothing in the language of the instructions referring to this. They simply tell me to go do the exams (no note about my previous results whatsoever). 2. Technically, per GCMS, the results are still valid for one more week.
I am prepared to undergo the medical again. I just want to double-check that this was not a mistake. Anyone else has experienced this? If so, could you tell me about what you did and what this means?
Thanks so much!
