When is ur hubby's medical expires??? It's better if he will submit his PP in person if he can para hindi na nya need kumuha ng managers cheque or bank draft for his payment.... Check their website... Konti lang nmn requirements nila like copy nung PPR letter, 2 photos (with his name & birthday & the studio's name & address kung san xa nagpapicture ate the back of the photos), his PP & appendix B... Double check the website...

Question lang po. Sa PPR email nakalagay "Ensure that your passport is valid for at least 12 months from the date of this letter". Apr 17, 2017 mageexpire passport ko. So does that mean na irerenew ko pa? E diba 4-6 weeks ang renewal sa pinas. And if ever na irenew ko, pwede kayang married name na ang gamitin ko? Shocks! Nastress ako bigla.

If your in doubt about your passport, you might want to send them an email and inform about your passport's expiry date. Just in case, pwede mo naman ipa-express ang renewal ng passport. Express processing is 7 working days. With regards to your name, you have an option whether you want to retain your maiden name for your new passport or, use your husband's name. I'm due for renewal na din next week and will still use my maiden name. I have 2 dependents kasi. Para it shows na pare-pareho pa din kami ng family name pag-alis

Hello survivor, pwede u n use married name u sa pp as change status then if doubt k p kung kukuha k or hinde better ngaun plang pa online appointment kana, yes 7-10 working days ang rush pero ung pa appointment kung pa appoint ka now bka sa july or august ka p masalang yan naging issue ng mother ko april last week xa nag online appointment june 15 pa ang naging sched nya ang lau tagal u p wait.

In case kailangan mo talaga iparenew ang passport mo, eto suggestions ko based sa experience ng husband ko na nagparenew ng passport last March.

1. Check with DFA site first if pwede nila i-expedite ang renewal mo without the need for an appointment.

2. If walang option for your case sa DFA site, email them and explain your situation. Make it a little "bit" dramatic.

3. Try to schedule an appointment sa DFA site by using a computer. I've tried scheduling my husband before using a tablet and a computer, weird thing is, may mga lumalabas na earlier dates sa computer compared when checking in a table.

4. Worst scenario, go to DFA Legazpi. Doon nakapag-pa-renew ang husband ko without appointment. Ipapa-LBC na lang nila sayo ang passport pag ready na.

We tried all of this options. Unfortunately, #4 ang nagwork for my husband's case.

Hi Mariechan, last week of March ako nagcheck ng PP appointment for renewal and the earliest I could get that time at DFA Megamall is June 3. Kaya next Friday, gorabels na ko to renew my pp Hubby and I both agreed that I will use pa din my maiden name so it still shows the same with my 2 kiddos. Both of them kasi are also going
