I see. Thank you. follow up question, may VFS consent sa isa sa steps sa VFS passport submission?
I'm not sure what you mean by VFS consent?

Okay! I'll that! :) Your answers gives me comfort whenever I have question you got answers. I am so thankful for your help. I wanted to ask if the Medical Results from my husband (he's the primary applicant) needs to be submitted on the initial package that I will send to CIC?

Thank you!
You're very welcome! When I was preparing my application, forum members here were all very helpful so I thought now that I am "graduating" I could return the favor. :p and yes, you need to include the paper that the Doctor's office gives your husband on the day when he does his medical exam but the medical results will be forwarded by the doctor directly to CIC electronically. I never saw my medical results, just a paper receipt with bar codes, IME number, doctor's office info, the procedures done on the medical exam, etc. Mine was given in a sealed envelope by my doctor but I opened it just to be sure what's on it.

Oh youre the second person to ask about that consent form. Those are the documents I submitted also, except that consent form. I just gave everything they asked from the PPR email, unless they changed something since April 7th. I will pm you the info that VFS sent me regarding the passport submission when I asked about it.

You can request your GCMS notes anytime :) I requested mine at the 5th and 7th month mark of our application, the first time to see if they received the documents they requested from me and the second time to see what the hell was happening in my file since there were no other updates. I found out from the gcms notes that the visa officer reviewing our application seems convinced our relationship was genuine and our application was noted as "recommend passed" so I had peace of mind that our file was okay just that it takes a super long time to process for some reason. The standard application time starts from when CIC received your file in Mississauga. Yours will be here soon, just keep the faith!

Hi xabibella,
What is GCMS notes? Where can I request that and how? Hoping your response. Thank you

Thank you for doing that. :) When my husband is going to have his Medical, does he needs any kind of papers that he needs to pass to the Doctor's office? And what is the best time that he will get his Medical done? is it when we're about to finish our package? isn't it it is included on the first package that I am going to pass here in Canada?

One more question, I am doing the Financial Evaluation IMM1283, and there's a question, "is your spouse or common-law partner co-signing the undertaking?"
...and how did you filled this up? I am so confused with the succeeding questions about the undertakings... :( I don't know what to put/write.

At the Generic Application Form For Canada,

I come across at the bottom of the questionnaire intended for Dependents, can we just remove this part?
NOTE: We don't have any dependents.

Thank you so much!

my hubby just got his PPR today!! :D :D :D :D

was browsing vfs website, ano yung consent na yun? is it better if my husband just submit the reqs. in person?
