I sent it to the address of VFS in Makati

Hello again,
I'm confused. How much did you pay? Did you still pay the service charge for application handling or just the delivery costed 300plus? Hoping your response. Thank you! Actually, when the CEM asked the additional requirements I have sent it directly to their address since its one of the option. I am thinking the differences ofthe two.

Hi Kalie,

When I got the PPR email, Manila VO only gave me two options: 1) to send it to VFS or 2) if I could go to Canada and stay there for 3 months, send it to CPC-Ottawa. I'm actually not in the Philippines right now so I express mailed my passport to a relative in Manila and he hand-delivered it to VFS. I think my relative paid for the passport transmission and the tracking

Hi xabibella,

Congrats for landing in Canada :-)

I am currently waiting for my DM and PPR and I am here in Canada with a two year multiple visitors visa. May I ask if you were here in Canada when you receive your PPR? I will update and change my residential address and mailing address from Philippines to my address here in Canada, I am just curious how and where I will send my passport by the time CIC or MVO ask for it. From the 2nd option that they gave you I am thinking that it is possible to send the passport while I am inside Canada.

Please advise.

Thanks

Hi Guys,

Just received an email from Manila VO asking me to submit additional documents:

Additional Document/Information Requirements at This Time

In order to continue processing your application, we require the following information and/or documents:

 Other original documents establishing identity (old school records, voter ID, etc) MUST be

submitted)

Does anyone knows what school records they are referring to? Can I send a Transcript of Records? Should I send my SSS ID ? Do they return original documents? Can I also scan the documents that I will send them so they can get a copy before they receive the original documents?

Please advice, I have 30 days to send this additional documents and I am in Canada right now.

Thank you so much

No they didn't, the most they asked from me is are.immigration photos (I think I sent 3 batches already, kilala na ko kung photographer sa mall kasi lagi ako pumunta every few months haha). But I did went ahead and sent other documents even when they didn't ask since I used the document checklist for US applicants and the Manila checklist required some original documents, so I sent them when I found out that my file was transferred to Manila (NSO copy of birth certificate, copy of marriage certificate with seal, etc)

Oo nga the problem is they are not specific on what they want from us kaya ganito ang ngyayari, anyways all we can do is give them what they want then sana after this DM na and PPR.

Thank you so much
