I am an August applicant no PPR yet, we ordered notes 2 weeks ago April 7 and we got the notes now.. di ko alam kung pano basahin.. :D pero tingin ko everything is ok naman.. dami ko nakita passed except sa "put-away" and "review required" I think they were looking on to our relationship.. coz we got married to soon and 16yrs age gap.. but who knows what they are looking pa.. medical was passed but expired. so i will know it on tuesday kasi yong lawyer namin tatawagan asawa ko to explain the whole thing.. :D

so now I am not worrying about kasi it show everything there.. dates and times kung kilan nila tiningna file namin.. sa sponsor eligibility decision is passed.

How soon is too soon? We got married 45days after we first met in person. We've been in long distance relationship for 1.5years.

Generic Application Form Canada IMM0008

#1. Full Name
Family Name Given Name (exactly as shown on your passport)
Curtis Samantha

Family name: Sponsor last name, because we got married before 2012 but application refused due to his divorce 2013. Since then I did not file an annulment or declaration nullity. My record in NSO is still married but for CEM it was invalid. WE are applying common law this time. I'm confused ??? I am using my husband last name now because were married before.

Given Name: should include the middle name? because on the passport its by row like this;
last name
given name
middle name

yes, I am a starter again, its re-application.

Hello. My husband got his passport with stamped visa and copr. we noticed that his middle name was omitted on both documents. meron na po ba sa inyo na same situation as his? we checked all the documents that we have forwarded on our application and they all have his middle name. My assumption is because they avoided having truncated names.

Madalas omitted yan kapag na reached ang certain haba ng pangalan. Better to omit mid name kesa mabitin ang Last name mo

MERON BA DITONG UMUWI NG PINAS WHILE ONGOING ANG APPLICATION? If yes, on what stage kayo umuwi?

Is that allowed?

I'm thinking na umuwi muna ng Pinas maybe 7months after namin maipasa ang application nya and dun na lang maghintay with him (my husband).

Ang pagkakaalam ko ay puwede kang umuwi while in process ang application niyo.. I was planning to go home sometime in June-July sabay na rin sana na sunduin ko magina ko, kaso sa biglang taas ng pamasahe mukhang hindi praktikal

Hi,

Sent my wife's application August 2015. I went home to visit her end of January and stayed for 2 weeks. It should not be a problem. My wife got her PPR roughly a month after I flew back to Canada.
