Patapos na ako sa pag aayos ng application documents ng asawa ko but some parts are still confusing. Please please help me sa mga last minute questions ko.

1. My husband applied and got denied for a tourist visa to Canada last January, dun sa deny letter nya, meron UCI. Should I put that as UCI sa application nya now?

2. Sa form na SPONSORSHIP EVALUATION, it is asking for Option C print out which is wala ako kase first time pa lang ako nag file ng tax this 2016. What should I do?

3. Sa mga documents na kailangan, may part dun na about sa PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT, kailangan ba yun sa spouse sponsorship?

Iba ang UCI number ng application sa TRV, iba rin sa PR, I checked my TRV refusal letter ang nakasulat dun File Number not UCI. Same with me, I'm the applicant applied TRV last March 2012 got denied too.

Option C, hmmm, yes, better gawa ka explanation but also submit copies of your pay stub.

Yes need yung proof of employment like a reference character from yung Employer stating the hours, how much you earn monthly and when did you start working mga ganun na details...

About your first question: in my case, I applied for and was granted a tourist VISA back in 2013. I used the same UCI from that application for my PR application submitted June 2015. Based on my recent GCMS notes, they also make references to my previous tourist VISA application based on my UCI.

If you don't have an existing UCI, I believe that field should just be left blank and they will supply you with one.

Hi, when a person applied any kind of application here in Canada they are given a significant Client Number which is their identity already in the system. UCI# has 8 digit. Yes magkaiba ang application file number s UCI number.

In my husband's case, UCI ang nakasulat sa refusal letter nya. Thank you! :)

Hello forum mates! I just have a few questions po.

1.We have a child born here in Canada. Do I have to include his original birth certificate? Im thnking to submit just a photocopy. Would that be okay? :D

2. Regarding the translation of message logs anu po pwed gawin, pwede po bang ipatranslate namin with our frend? Kelangan pa po ba ng affidavit yun? Thank you po.

Last minute questions. Please help!

A" (parang nakadisable sya automatically), do I need to write by pen "N/A"? Our application is computerized.

2. My husband worked in Sudan and Saudi Arabia before. In short, wala syang police clearance for the two countries.

Tama ba itong ginawa ko? Gumawa kami ng explanation letter signed by my husband stating kung anong nangyari when we tried to get from Sudan Consulate and copy paste ko yung nasa CIC website for Saudi Arabia.

Kailangan pa kaya ito? Naisip ko sana magsubmit ng visa copy nya sa Saudi Arabia to prove that he was a legal resident there.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Q#1 I didn't write "N/A" as mine was automated as well. Unless it was specifically instructed I don't think it should be an issue.

Q#2 Explanation letter is the best recourse for that matter. Also, attach all correspondences with all the consulates. Copy of Visa wouldn't hurt. So in addition to the letter of explanation attach a copy of the visa as well.

Double check and triple check your application before submitting. If you can, have another person check everything as well as you may already be too familiar with the forms that you won't notice mistakes.

Goodluck!

Based sa experience, pwd mo i.attach ung iquama nya nd visas, includng exit visa.
