hai I'm september 18, applicant, ikaw please let me know kung what date nareceive application. para may basis ako kung PPR kana ..sana mag PPR na tau ngayong april.

Hello, send ko amin ng September 12, 2015 natanggap nila nung Septh 15, 2015. Yun din ang tantya ko na this April based sa mga PPRs nitong mga nakaraan. Pero depende nga every case. For us, may dependent kami so di ko alam kung may bearing yun sa processing time, I always had the impression na the more number of family members (dependents or not) the longer the processing time is. Pero puwedeng mali din ako. Kasi iniisip ko more paper works and checks for them to do although 1 8/12 year old palang anak ko with no known medical condition. Hintay hintay lang

Hi everyone! Hello Kabayans' ;D ;D ;D

newbie on this forum po.

Medyo confused lang ako based on updates na nababasa ko.

Our case as Dec'15 applicant:
sa Sponsor column it says (IN PROCESS):
1. We rcvd your appln
2. We sent you acknldgmnt of rcpt of applctn
3. We started processing your appln on Jan 27, 2016

While sa PR -sponsored side (APPLCN RECVD) says:
1. We rcvd your appln Dec 2, 2015
2. Medical results have been recvd

Its really confusing kase today marks the 5th month of the applcn po and up to now wala pa din email kame natatanggap wherein sabe ng iba if meron probelm normally nagaask na sila agad ng docs to be requested further pa, ndi din namen alam if SA approved na siya parang mixed up ung update sa ecas ng case namen.

Haay any advice po maibibigay sa naguguluhan na isip abt these lines po.

Normal pa yang 5 months. Ang tanong, kumpleto ba ang mga docs na ipinadala niyo? If yes, then as expected hindi na sila tatawag.. average time is 8 to 10 months. halfway through palang kayo. Although meron ako nakita na as early as 6 months landed na. Again, every case is different. Yung approval ng SA is usually through Email to your Sponsor, kindly ask her/him. Ang generic computer email siya like " You application to sponsor has been approved". Usually 1 month ang approval (I filed Sept 12, 2015, na approved ako nung October 20ish yata.)

Kung bibilangin mo, more or less August ka na makatanggap ng magandang balita (PPR) :)

salamat po for the info, actually andito po ako working visa in Singapore so technically aantayin ko pa po
ang letter of request for Police clearance ko from Singapore as well, dba po dalawa ang NBI ko nito Pinas & SG since I also reside here dahil sa working status ko po dito sa sg. Yun po ang docs na ndi pa namen ipinasa dahil based on advices po ng mga experienced sa sponsorship before ay normally sila daw po magsesend ng Police clearance letter.... Ayun po...

Tnxs a lot po for the helpful information.

In God's grace everything will be alright!

hello po!!!

merun po ba ditong hiningian ng baptismal?? pwede na ba kung original birthcertificate na lang instead salamat po

Hello. I forward original baptismal. I think u shud give what they're asking to avoid delay sa processing. I don't think they will need ur original birth cert coz they already have it in NSO copy.

Yup, 3rd line is essentially your AOR2 since Manila office doesn't seem to send the AOR2 email.

Thanks for this info. :D

Hi everyone, I was trying to find right thread regarding imm5669 question #6 [d][e] can't find about it. I just want to have clear thoughts on this po. I applied for TRV before but got refused letter. Should my answer yes to #6[d] but how about 6[e] should I answer no since never been there yet. Or how u differentiate this two letter question. Should I just attach refused letter for providing detail to my answer yes ?

Thanks for any suggestion

I would say answer Yes to 6:D but No to 6:E.

It might not look good on the application but it is best you tell the truth. You are free to attach a letter of explanation regarding this answer not limited to the space provided below that column. The way I see it, and I may be wrong on this is that for question D is the application process which you underwent. Question E is after approval but was not allowed to enter the country. If I were in your position, that's how I'd approach it. Just be truthful, remember, they can and will investigate everyone's application.

Hope this helps.

Hello everyone, I am glad I found this thread for Manila VO applicants! :) I am a newbie here. This is my first post since my husband and I are still planning to apply for spousal sponsorship.. I would like to ask some questions and advise po.

1. Am I allowed to sponsor my husband, because it hasn't been a year since I landed as PR in Canada? (I landed June 2015)

2. Will I be able to sponsor my husband, even if I cannot show a full 12month pay stubs (Just started working Aug 2015)

3. Is it true that there is no Income Bracket that applies when sponsoring a spouse? ( I have minimum/low income)

4. Currently I am on Maternity Leave because I delivered our child here.

Your answers and inputs will be much appreciated po!
Thank You in advance. :)

Hi there! We have the same situation, almost. I landed as PR July2015. If you want, you can send me a PM so that we can keep in touch. I'm on the process of sponsoring my husband as well.

1. Am I allowed to sponsor my husband, because it hasn't been a year since I landed as PR in Canada? (I landed June 2015)
Answer: Yes, as long as you are not sponsored by someone when you came here.

2. Will I be able to sponsor my husband, even if I cannot show a full 12month pay stubs (Just started working Aug 2015)
Answer: Yes, in the part where it ask for annual income, I just computed how much did I earn in that time period.

3. Is it true that there is no Income Bracket that applies when sponsoring a spouse? ( I have minimum/low income)
Answer: Yes (thank God!). I am under low income as well.

4. Currently I am on Maternity Leave because I delivered our child here.
Answer:I don't think it will be a problem as long as you are not under welfare or social assistance.

Wondering what the timeline has been for those that have gotten their spousal visa?
My wife's visa application arrived in Manila beginning of December and we got AOR2
in January, but since then nothing. If we don't hear from them in the next few
weeks my wife will not be able to come to Canada in time for our anniversary. :(
