Ask lg po ako kung sino may idea dito regarding sa Application for Selection Certificate - Family Class. May SA npo kami and need ko pong mag fill-up ng Application for Selection Certificate - Family Class. Is it ok po na send ko na lg sa sponsor ko ang scan copy or send ko mismo ung hard copy sa kanya via courier. May nka lagay po kasi sa last page na "After filling out this form, return it to your sponsor (guarantor) as soon as possible by mail or fax." Pa advice nmn po. THANKS.

Hi, in my experience I sent all together via mail original and not. I suggest you to do same send it in one method.
