Hi its good news...kailan ma expire ang medical mo?... ibabalik nila kaagad yong pp mo with visa kaagad if you're time is limited.. kailangan kasi sa hindi pa ma expire medical mo... makapunta kana sa Canada..CONGRATS

Please patulong naman po sa mga questions ko. I'm a PR who just got married and planning to sponsor my husband pagbalik ko ng Canada (nasa Pinas ako now). Eto po yung mga gumugulo sa isip ko.

1. Before we got married, nag apply husband ko (bf ko sya noon) ng tourist visa pero hindi nya ko minention kase gusto lang nya mag try on his own. Unfortunately, denied sya. Makakaapekto ba yun sa family sponsorship na i-aapply namin?

2. Pwede ba ako umuwi ng Pinas even on process ang sponsorship nya?

3. Ok lang ba if hindi pa ako stable sa Canada? Currently kase nag-ru-room for rent lang ako at part time jobs.

4. Required ba ang NSO authenticated marriage contract or pwede na ang certified true copy ng marriage certificate? Sabi kase we still need to wait for 3months bago marelease ang NSO since recently wed lang.

5. Pag may UCI # na, mas malaki ba ang chance maapprove ng tourist visa?

6. Gaano katagal ang processing time sa CEM from application up to ma-stamp ang visa?

1. No. Basta ma prove niyo ang genuity ng marriage.
2. Yes puwede ka umuwi. Ang alam ko lang (not sure though) dapat ay physically present ka kapag nag land siya sa Canada.
3. Yes. Walang income requirement sa pag sponsor
4. Yes. Kailangan na SECPA copy ang NSO.
5. No. Wala itong guarantee.
6. Depende. Sa CIC website 17 months. Kaya wag ka tatawag para itanong bakit late ang iyo maliban na lang kung hindi ka pa lampas sa 17 months period na yan. Huwag ikumpara ang sarili sa iba kasi mag kakaiba ang may hawak ng papel ng bawat isa. Swerte mo kung napunta sa masipag magreview ng papers napuntahan ng application mo. Pero sa mga walang red flags average kung pag babasehan mo ang timeline ng iba 8 to 12 months inaabot from filing to Visa stamping

Congratulations!

Thanks for sharing this, your GCMS status is similar to mine and hasn't changed since October last year I was beginning to get alarmed by the lack of changes to it. I guess from "recommend passed" in eligibility they stop updating as well and it can go straight to DM.

May I ask when your medical expires?

Please keep us posted how long it takes you to get your passport back and how long the validity of the visa is.

CEM called me yesterday. Ready for pick up na passport namin ng anak ko. Her medical expired last December 18 and had her remedical February 1, 2016 mine will expire on April 1. To God be the glory...

Congrats, Throwdadice... We have the same timeline, I got also DM on ecas yesterday.. Did they email u about the correspondence on decision made.. Me , i dont receive email.. Please update if you have receive your visa already...
