thank you, MrsMelnic8! I'm actually a PR...not a citizen yet. Just landed in Ontario myself last year via the family class sponsorship. Sobrang useful ng info na binigay niyo though. We got married in January and are actually scheduled to meet with the officiant again tomorrow. I'll ask him about our marriage license and I'll see what we can do from there. Not sure kasi kung may nagawa na siyang steps pero sana not too late to have the process expedited.

Also isa pang clarification, dapat ba talaga pag submit ng requirements kasama na yung Marriage certificate on NSO paper? I want to get things started na kasi soon after I go back to Canada, so I want some more info so I can come up with a back-up plan if wala pa yung marriage certificate nga.

Thank you all!

You are welcome po. Been through the struggles. Yes dapat po naka NSO napo ang Marriage Certificate nyo when you submit your applications. Its the most Valid proof of Marriage under our Philippine Laws and as what i have researched so far in CIC grabe tlga sleepless nights haha... yes dapat NSO paper na. GOD BLess your process po

Thank u so much po sa effort and time nyo sa pagsagot sa akin.
Ang hubby ko ay Nagapply po sya sa agency sa manila then nahire po sya una working visa then same time po pinaprocess narin ang p.r nya. Nung nagland sya sa Regina,SK august 2014 working visa palang sya then after 3 months po nun naapprove na ang p.r.

I see so under working visa he becamr PR. Claim kana lang niya pala.
For Q3 in my opinion po answer nyo po Yes, tapos po indicate his visit nung first time visit nya sa Philippines after He became PR which he acquired in -16 months.
And then indicate further details na the date you used is the date when your husband first visited you excluding the fact na migrant siya and originally from Phil. Confusing tlga yang CIC nayan pero i suggest you wait also if there are other people na mag comment sa post mo po.this is just my opinion. kasi po i think the CIC will base it from the time He became PR. Since from the moment you dated til u got married eh hindi pa siya PR non.

For Q4) i think its best to put cohabitation date when he first visited you para mag corelate sila sa answer nyo po sa Q3.

Again opinion and analyses ko po yun. Hopefully may iba pang ideas na e comment ang mga kababayan natin

I agree about the sleepless nights! I haven't started but I already spent the last few nights doing my research. Are you the sponsor or the applicant po? God bless your application, too! I hope everything goes well.

Well we woudnt wanna screw up this zero or perfect application chance. Haha so proper research and inquiry and going extramiles is worth it when we get approved . I am the wife being sponsored of my canadian husband ... and i have done all the running to and fro inquiring here and there so the struggle is not easy . With God's grace and our prayers we can get through .

Yes start at dec 12, 2015 and end by january 2016 or tothe date na bumalik siya ng canada ulit..
Kasi sa CIC questionares confusing masyado talaga nakakabaliw kasi lahat ng answers pwede pero dapat 1 sure answer lang nakakainis. So dapat lahat ng answers mag coincide sa sagot mo sa mga previous questions. Sleepless nights u will have and its best tlga to research ahead of time. Youre welcome. Tulungan tlga tayo mga kababayan in times of help . Pinoy tayo eh hehe

Good day August applicants, any news? Still nothing for me. ???

Hi all. We are just in the process of putting our package together. Do we get the medical done right away, or wait until it is requested? We have tried to call the number for the doctors listed in Davao, but they don't seem to work. Any replies are very appreciated.
