Tanong lang po. I recently just got married and wanted to sponsor my spouse.
PR po ako dito sa Canada while she is in Australia on a working permit.

Saan kaya i-pprocess yung application nya, Philippines or Australia Visa office? Also since we did not get married in the Philippines, do I need to apply pa sa census for change in status and name nya?

Also, leading on an updated passport of her with the new last name?

Sa pagkakaalam ko po, sa visa office na pinakamalapit sa home address ng asawa nyo which is Australia.

We didnt receive any passport request and we were worried about it but we just received an email that our visa is ready to be issued. Her medical is about to expire in March. Our problem now is her passport is 11 months and 1 week before expiration date. Do u guys think we can submit it even though it says in the letter to have it at least 12 months? We are in the edge, if we renew her passport her medical will be expire by then.

If you provided your email in the application, AOR and PPR will be sent via email... Not mail..

That's fine.. for as long as makapunta agad siya dito sa canada before her passport expire which is possible since march visa validity nya db.. dito nyo na ipa renew passport nya.
