Hello sa inyo.. i need help guys

We just received an email from our VO in Manila and was asked to have my spouses passport mailed to VFS (a visa processing centre that CIC uses) but our problem is that my spouses is currently back in Dubai, UAE and according to the VFS instructions a fee has to be paid by either cash, managers cheque or bank draft- no problem in paying but howwe pay the fee since non of my spouses relatives have POA on the bank account.

Can anyone advise me po on how to got about this? Pwede ba kame mag-elect ng representative to submit and collect my spouses passport? how long po ba ang visa stamping?

hi I have a question, yung CEM ba ang nag instruct sanyo to send your wife's pp to VFS? walang ibang option like yung sa RCBC nalang? kase when I had my PPR, as per email, I was given 2 options to either send it to VFS or at RCBC. I'm not given any instruction to pay any fee if in case we opted to mail it to VFS.

For PPR, I only got RCBC as well no other option.

I don't think there were any fees required though.

I have a question:

"All family members, whether or not they are accompanying you to Canada, MUST be declared and presented for examination to assess whether they are admissible to Canada. A false declaration on your IMM5406 (Additional Family Information form), any failure to declare a family member, or failure to present a “family member” for examination may be found to constitute misrepresentation and may render you inadmissible to Canada."

Does that mean all the family members even the one in the US needs to take medical?

I was instructed to submit it to VFS lang po. Im not even sure about the fees kung applicable pa sa amin dahil yung fees na nabasa ko ay from vfs global's website.

has anyone been through this? im chatting with a VFS operator and advised na wala na daw authorization if my spouses mom submits the passport and documents. legit kaya ito?

Ang alam ko okay lang na ang gamit mong maiden name mo sa passport mo. Ang basis ng immigration ay ang inyong marriage contract patungkol ditto kung ang tanong niyo ay legitimacy ng marriage. Pero kung genuity ng marriage, madami na silang tinitignan diyan

Hello po ask ko lang po kung gaano katagal magintay ,kasi i sent my passport last june 1,2015 until now wala pa pong update or email man lang ,nagwoworry na kami kasi malapit na expired ng medical ko sa dec.2 pahelp nmn po any info po pls.? Thank you guys.

We have the exact same timeline. They asked us to fill up Appendix A and was asked to send the Original Passport( I guess that's PPR?) back in Aug 05, 2015 though. So far no news or request for any additional form.

Hi! Feb 2015 applicant here. Passport requested by Manila Embassy May 2015. Passpor submitted to embassy June 1, 2015. Until now, no DM yet.
