Hi everyone!

I am new here. It's so hard to go through immigration process when you don't know anyone who experienced it, and wala masyado mapagtatanungan din from officials. I was hoping to get some advise from you.
Here's my situation with my boyfriend. He applied for FSW program 2014, he is now doing his medicals, which was delayed for additional information needed. First plan is he goes to Canada first once he gets his PR, come back so we can marry then sponsor me. Which as per our calculation medyo matagal pa. So we are considering na we'll marry na so he can add me as dependent sa currently on going na PR processing. My question and i hope meron din parehong experience or may alam sa situation namin, is it wise to get married now and add me as dependent? Or we wait na lang after he gets his PR and sponsor me. Also, if we go through adding me as dependent now, what are the documents needed? And does he need to submit again proof of funds since 2 na kami pupunta, there will be an increase in POF requirement. And also if you have tips sana.

Hi just want to share my friend exp. when she apply she is single she went home to get merried then when she came back her in canada she add her husband to her application 2011 she apply she add her husband 2013 till now she doesnt have her PR... But i have another friend she wait her PR then get married then apply sponsoreship for her husband... Now got his PR and comming next month here in Canada so pick one which ever u want

hello sweetpixie, may kilala ako na same ng situation nyo pero ginawa nila after na lang ng PR saka nagpakasal. nun nag apply bf mo as single so during process ng papers ng bf mo as single sya so baka bigla magkaproblem pag biglang naging married ang status, magkakaron ng conflict. siguro mas safe kung maging PR muna sya bago kayo magpakasal, medyo matagal nga lang pero it's worth the wait. baka yung ibang kaforum natin may alam sila po. We received our SA via email last Tuesdays, Sept 15. It says...


Requirement for Medical Examination
If your sponsored relative(s) has (have) not already done so, your relative(s) must provide an original
Upfront Medical Report form (IMM1017B UPFRONT) signed by a Panel Physician or an E-Medical Upfront Medical Notification information sheet. Your relative(s) must complete the medical examination
and, once completed, forward this information directly to the visa office noted above along with a copy
of this letter. Your application has been transferred to the visa office noting this deficiency. Your relative
must forward the medical information directly to the visa office to allow continued processing of his/her
application. Failure to do so will result in delays and possible refusal of your relative's application.

I've submitted my Upfront medical report form already along with my application form. I'm not sure though if lahat ng SA ganyan din email? Is this their standard email?
